Nice video! You make it look very easy ;) Do you have some info on the angles you used (C=15, M=75, Y=0)? I'm curious to understand the mechanic behind that. Thanks!
Thanks for the great article. I read somewhere that you'll need to bleed the other colors to make registration easier when printing on black. Your colored inks must be transparent enough so that if it hits the black shirt, not be visible. Do you need to lower the frequency slightly of the halftone for the color, so the dot would be bigger than the halftone dot in the base white? I like how you converted it to halftones, making the design much lighter, more comfortable to wear instead of feeling like you're wearing Kevlar on your chest.
Hi Ricky, thanks for your video helped me out a lot. My only issue is when I convert the cmyk file into halftone they don’t line up on screen. Any idea what I could do correct that?
Hello, i have a question. My image turns out very desaturated and the magenta is very dominant, when I give every halftone the matching color. Will that change once printed?
The final result is giving me CMYK layers with a white background. I need it to be on transparent. Yes, the white background doesn't show when you're printing on transparent paper. But what I have is colors like Magenta and Yellow that are a transparent bitmap on a white background. This prints out as blank, or nothing. This method is only working for me for the White base, Black, and Cyan. But not for Yellow and Magenta. I need to convert the bitmap to black so I can print the Magenta and yellow layers, but I can't do that because it comes with a white background even though the graphic I import is transparent. Any advice? Loved the video, but doesn't give me a result from digital to print
What if I use a rip software for halftones. How will I fix the underbase? Still have to convert halftones in photoshop? Or can I just delete the black without converting to halftones
Hi, Can you please tell me why to keep different angles for different colors like For White 45 degrees, Cyan 15 degrees, Magenta 75 degrees, yellow 0 degrees and black 45 degrees. Why we can't use only one angle like 45 degrees for all?
Can you do video on how you make your screen. Specially haftone.. im also doing this. I barely make screen off 35 dpi… you are going 50.. i iwsh to know how magic happens.. as we from nepal also use same chemicals… so.. greetings.. and also thanks for sharing to make improvement

Such a great video until you went off the rails showing what not to do in the middle of a great explanation of what to do. Should re edit it and take that part out.
completely lost me when you started explaining the other way to do the white. Then you started moving so dang fast it completely confused me what you were doing. Also Ctrl+j is a useful shortcut for copying a layer.

Most welcome. Glad it was helpful
How to I export the file / set it up when I want to send it off for printing
You should do a video talking about the screen-printing machine. How the frame is made, and how the bolts on the screen are registered. Cool video!
It's called a line screen printing press
Thank you very much friend for configuring the language, great method for screen printing very well explained

You add white bg in every layer on CMYK including white underbase so how can we remove print it?
really good video, can you show how to choke the base as well?
Great at explaining! I appreciate this a lot

Look up rosettes cmyk
@@shadynasty6393 what do you mean by rosettes cmyk?
Why Keep it in RGB color and not CMYK???? For the separation.
Is this a hand drawn image or was this designed on a computer?
Boss please which site do you download your images
Try pinterest
@@Riyum thanks boss
I think you forgot to remove the white bg of all layers.
can you also screen print this on tshirt and show us?

Canon Pixma IX 6770
I'm sorry... I have followed the tutorial but why do I get different results...? Very confusing.
why is my black not 100% black. there is a little magenta and cyan
black in cmyk is not 100% K it’s a mix that appears as black
I want to send you one design can you please tell me if it is possible in screen printing
WHILE PRINTING WHICH CMYK INKS WILL BE USED NORMAL CMYK OR PROCEES CMYK..??

Shouldn't you choke back the underbase by 2 pixels maybe?
good video bro

Affinity Photo can even do that with less Adobe RGB bullshit.

He cut out the black from the under base to reduce it ink density. the black portion does not need a under base
