More print to come and more tutorial. 💯
🙌🏻🙌🏻 yes 😊
It's so nice,am a printer but sometimes it gives me a challenge to print full color
Oh ok. Try and try I will get it.
Why cyan was printed at first? I saw a lot of videos they always print a whitebase first, then yellow, megenta, cyan, and black finally.
Your videos are so helpful sir thank you!!!!
I've a question
Do you use plastisol ink or ??
Most welcome , glad it’s helpful to u.
Yes it’s a Plastisol ink. I will be putting some videos on Water Base ink soon.
Great Job 👍👍 which transparency do you use and where do you get them from? Mine doesnt print very dark and have canon ix6850. I think its my transparency paper. Thanks
Hi Solomon thank you. I have used the professional transparency film for inkjet printer. U can get it from any screen printing supplier. For canon there is a setting to print darker on transparency. May be in my next video I will include the settings and u can try out in your printer. Once again thank you and hope u enjoyed my video.
@@Riyum Thank you...I will watch out for your next video to show settings. Thank you
@@tolumontanafitness sure. Thanks 😊
hey ricky how are you..?? i jus want to know that recently i've upgraded my exposure unit to 12 volt led UV lights...could you pls tell me whats the best tym to determine to burn a halftone screen with 12v. UV led lights and whats the idol gap between screen's glass and led lights..??
Hi, can I know what do you call the silk screen frame/machine/steel bracket that you are using? what is the difference between this and the Octopus rotation 4-6 colours machine? Thank you. oh its call Line table? do you sell it?
Bro top work❤️❤️❤️.I just wana know do we use halftone for all the images in screen printing ?
Thank u so much bro. It really depends on the design. Most of the realistic print needs halftones otherwise if the design r in solid colors then u don’t need halftones.
@@Riyum thanks bro. I texted u abt the machine on Instagram can you reply bro? I’m from Bangalore
I'm wait tutorial, my friend
Hi friend.. what kind of tutorial u r looking for?
Nice video! But how do you separate the colors? I dont understand how other parts only gets 1 color and untouched
Colors are separated using photoshop. So basically each color will have its own screen and that is how we print. In this design there r 4 colors so I am using 4 screens each with its own color to come up with the print.
Nice video i learned a lot..... Is that a same design? On screen or part by part
And how do you separate ur design
Jin woo.. it's Part by Part..
Or on the screen, he will cover the other part of design, before he put the other color direct to one part of design...
And each color will have its own screen..
How did the colors mix? There seems to be an orange color on the shirt. Is that from the red mixing with yellow?
Hey Hi.. ya by mixing red and yellow we got the orange. in screen printing we use halftones to bring out the color mixing effects. This is usually done by using a rip software or Photoshop.
Please what is the name of the spry u used before placing the shirt on the board 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
It’s called Pallet Adhesive Spray for Textile Screen Printing. You can also get Pallet Glue or Pallet Adhesive Paper
Hi sir do you also give screen printing classes i want to start my business in this so if there any courses please tell
Can you help me find such designs?
your work is beautiful
Hey hi these designs are mostly copyrighted. We use it only for tutorial purpose and not for commercial. Best way is to design by yourself otherwise u can look out for any friends who r into graphic design. May be they might be able to help u. Or if u need a graphic designer I can help u to connect.
@@Riyum Ok. that would be great. can you please connect?
Sir Which printer are you used ?
What meshcount you are using, how many LPI and is it plastisol or water based ink?
200 mesh and 45LPI. We used Plastisol ink
Please how do u do your halftone separations 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
We will make color separation in Photoshop Video Soon.
Please I want halftone
brilliant work. Which emulsion, Mesh count?
Tried the cheapest emulsion Photokina. It worked perfect. Used the 160 and 180 mesh
@@Riyum Nice! LPI?
@@deven05 45 Lpi .. Bro
bro one cuestion. did u vectorized the image in separated colors?
No.
Bro please explain how you do registration process....... For halftone.... 🙏
❤️From India 👍
Hi I have already explained it in the video. Which part u want to know.
I wanna start this up
Yes why not.
How long did the heat gun take to dry the ink
Less then a minute
how do you prevent from printing the registration marks?
U need to tape it up from outside the screen frame
Nice video, what's the printer model you are using?
Canon IX6770
@@Riyum thanks bro
What printer do you use?
I use canon IX6770 although it can print out very dark on transparency films but it uses lots of ink from the cartridges. Hence it’s quite expensive.
what mesh number do u use ? to centimeters
I think we used 180 mesh
Where is your warehouse?
Guwahati India
How can i buy the riyum machine
Hi there. Thank you your interest. Currently it is only available in India. We have plans to shipped all over the world, please do watch out in here or in Instagram. Thank you
Screen mesh time?
For this emulsion it took 90 seconds. Timings will differ base on the emulsion and the exposure unit.
Is this just 1 screen?
No we used 4 screens but the station is one.
4 screen. With cyan, magenta yellow and black right?
Do you have any tutorial how to determine what process we can use in color separation it is cymk or anything else and also how to identify how many colors we can use in any design?
@@charlesr5123 Actually we didnt use the CMYK process print for this design. We used simulated process. Simulated process gives you more accurate color. It is always advisable to use simulated process rather then CMYK because you can control the colors and outcome of the print. However if u r printing on a white garment and if the design has many colors then u can use CMYK.
Whr u from bro..??
Hi we are from Guwahati, Assam, India. We specialize in Line Table screen printing for artist and Amateurs
Wow..its very good to see that some people r doing kickass job in india too😁
@@mayaapparel5956 Thanks bro 🙏 😀
N which printer u use for print film positives..??
@@mayaapparel5956 Canon 6770 but I wouldn’t recommend this. The ink cartridge is expensive and doesn’t last long. Although it has the most accurate settings for dark halftone printings on film positives. Epson L1300 or L1800 is good. All these printers can print A3+ sizes.
Si tan sólo hablaras español😭
Sorry I don’t speak espanol
Only if I could speak Spanish.. Sorry brother :(
