    Why cyan was printed at first? I saw a lot of videos they always print a whitebase first, then yellow, megenta, cyan, and black finally.

      Yes it’s a Plastisol ink. I will be putting some videos on Water Base ink soon.

    Great Job 👍👍 which transparency do you use and where do you get them from? Mine doesnt print very dark and have canon ix6850. I think its my transparency paper. Thanks

      Hi Solomon thank you. I have used the professional transparency film for inkjet printer. U can get it from any screen printing supplier. For canon there is a setting to print darker on transparency. May be in my next video I will include the settings and u can try out in your printer. Once again thank you and hope u enjoyed my video.

    hey ricky how are you..?? i jus want to know that recently i've upgraded my exposure unit to 12 volt led UV lights...could you pls tell me whats the best tym to determine to burn a halftone screen with 12v. UV led lights and whats the idol gap between screen's glass and led lights..??

      Thank u so much bro. It really depends on the design. Most of the realistic print needs halftones otherwise if the design r in solid colors then u don’t need halftones.

    Nice video! But how do you separate the colors? I dont understand how other parts only gets 1 color and untouched

      Colors are separated using photoshop. So basically each color will have its own screen and that is how we print. In this design there r 4 colors so I am using 4 screens each with its own color to come up with the print.

      Jin woo.. it's Part by Part..
      Or on the screen, he will cover the other part of design, before he put the other color direct to one part of design...
      And each color will have its own screen..

    How did the colors mix? There seems to be an orange color on the shirt. Is that from the red mixing with yellow?

      Hey Hi.. ya by mixing red and yellow we got the orange. in screen printing we use halftones to bring out the color mixing effects. This is usually done by using a rip software or Photoshop.

      It’s called Pallet Adhesive Spray for Textile Screen Printing. You can also get Pallet Glue or Pallet Adhesive Paper

      Hey hi these designs are mostly copyrighted. We use it only for tutorial purpose and not for commercial. Best way is to design by yourself otherwise u can look out for any friends who r into graphic design. May be they might be able to help u. Or if u need a graphic designer I can help u to connect.

    What meshcount you are using, how many LPI and is it plastisol or water based ink?

      200 mesh and 45LPI. We used Plastisol ink

      Tried the cheapest emulsion Photokina. It worked perfect. Used the 160 and 180 mesh

      I use canon IX6770 although it can print out very dark on transparency films but it uses lots of ink from the cartridges. Hence it’s quite expensive.

      For this emulsion it took 90 seconds. Timings will differ base on the emulsion and the exposure unit.

      Do you have any tutorial how to determine what process we can use in color separation it is cymk or anything else and also how to identify how many colors we can use in any design?

      @@charlesr5123 Actually we didnt use the CMYK process print for this design. We used simulated process. Simulated process gives you more accurate color. It is always advisable to use simulated process rather then CMYK because you can control the colors and outcome of the print. However if u r printing on a white garment and if the design has many colors then u can use CMYK.

      @@mayaapparel5956 Canon 6770 but I wouldn’t recommend this. The ink cartridge is expensive and doesn’t last long. Although it has the most accurate settings for dark halftone printings on film positives. Epson L1300 or L1800 is good. All these printers can print A3+ sizes.
