- This a recent 1 sided V Carved sign I did using 15lb 1" Duna USA Corofoam and 1 Shot paints. I did the initial sign layout in Flexisign and exported it into Aspire to create the tool paths. From cutting the 1" Corofoam down to to fit on my Shapeoko XXL CNC using a 90 degree bit and 1/8" end mil to cut the profile shape. It was primed with KILTZ 2 primer and then I airbrushed the letters with thinned 1 shot. Below are links to some of the products used in the making of this sign, feel free to comment with any questions!

Thank you for sharing nice video 👍👍👍packed with information!!!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for your support!
very cool. thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
this is awsome and very informative what spraygun did you use
The little airbrush is a older BADGER 150 and sometimes I use a bigger gun for the primer from LOWES: www.lowes.com/pd/Campbell-Hausfeld-HVLP-Gravity-Feed-Spray-Gun/5005538957
do you remember what this sign was billed at?
1 sided was $600 or so but it's been a while.
What masking do you use? Thanks for the video!!!!
I use the Yellow Avery paint mask because that's what I have on hand. When I run out I'm going to try the Oracal Blue and see how that works
Can you make a couple more of these videos?
I don't do many of the HDU signs, maybe a 2-3 a month. I have a few in the works, but not my best work. I can show you what NOT to do LOL
@@TheSignGuy I have been thinking about adding this to our tools so the what not to do will definitely help! Anyway I can get you to give me a call?
@@signcommanders anytime, I would prefer NOT to have my shop number here but will let you know the best number to call me at.
@@signcommanders Great to chat with you, keep in touch if I can help with anything!
