Yep the base probably do not make sense but it might have something to do with the game so no judgment there. Not a fan of the Venomising of characters but the portraits are really the best part of the statue. The chainsaw is unesasery in my opinion. I would have preferred him holding at least one of the kitana. Still it's not a great looking piece overall. Congratulations to your friend for getting it and thank him and you for sharing it with us.

For $1300 I wouldn't get it, not worth it for me even if i was a fan of this character. Great review as always bro. Do you have any live unboxings coming up?
Wolverine got the symbiote in 2005. They've been doing symbiote venom versions of characters for over 35 years and since venom first comic debut. This is not anything new or a recent trend.
