Ngl I was scared to listen to this bc you guys said you got heat from this episode but I think it was so good! I think you asked practical questions for people who aren’t deep into their spiritual or mental journeys that were still respectful to Jay Shetty. Jay’s not not too complex with his teachings but you guys were able to make it so it was more of a conversation than just an interview. We got to see his wisdom shine thru his personality instead of just “inspiring sound bits” I took away a lot from learning the value of setting my intentions with dating,trusting myself, while also being okay where I am now.
