Wow , she is so intelligent, such clarity of thought . My takeaways
    1. How Low you go is how high you go
    2. Journal your thoughts to observe thought patterns running your life
    3. There is always gold in the pain .
    4. The Person you are in love with you become .
    5. We stretch out relationship because we means end is failure , but it’s all about the journey .
    6. Our obsession to make something last is not healthy .
    7. Just be passionately curious . Be teachable all the time .
    8. Intention on something before you do it is very powerful .
    9. Anything we direct outwards is manifestation of what is going to happen inside of us
    10. The paths change but intention remain the same . Write down your intentions .
    11. Everything I struggled for is not meant for me .

One of my favorite episodes you've done. She is so full of light and very inspiring.
I took a lot of notes from this!
    1. Have a why with everything you do
    2. Be curious, and stay teachable
    3. Anything we direct outwards us an exact manifestation of what's going to happen within us

Your mom sounds like the most incredible woman ever. How beautiful that you were chosen to be raised by her! I believe people like her are sent on earth to teach people lessons. Everything is meant to happen for a certain purpose. And her purpose was to help you find who you are. Because you are here to make a difference in the world. How incredible is that. As someone who is mentally in a very bad place right now and constantly contemplating suicide (which I don’t believe is selfish if you truly feel like you don’t belong here - there are multiple universes out there and we aren’t all meant to be here for a “full” life). I think it’s so special and rare to have had someone like her in your life. You have no idea. I’ve been searching for someone like that for the 26 years I’ve been in this earth. She was meant for you. Which means you are going to do great things in this universe Alexis. God bless🙏🏼

She has so much depth! I love it so much. And yes, I admit: I am one the girls who used to see her on social media and felt threatened by her beauty. I used to be so insecure about myself, that it activated jealousy in me (though I never acted upon this jealousy). There are so many girls who lean mostly on their looks, but Alexis... Gosh! It truly touches me how someone so beautiful has developed herself in ways that make her feel so relatable, so deep, so real, so authentic and is so connected to herself/the source. I now understand why I feel a certain level of discomfort when I see girls on Instagram who only rely on looks, and why they seem so alienated to me: because (like Alexis said) they only rely on one dimension "beauty" instead of embracing all the other ones too.
And @jay, thank you so much for this interview. I've learned more today from watching this on youtube than from spending months hanging out with certain people in my life! I am so thankful for both of you!!

Beautiful. I can only hope I leave my daughter with as much love and support as your mom. We unschooled from the first grade, I supported everything my daughter was interested in, nutrition and 'magic' were a part our daily lives. My daughter is 23, owns her own home, b&b, and has been a firefighter/emt since 18. She loves gardening, animals and is a compassionate human being. Yes, I am extremely proud of her. But most of all my wish for her is that she is happy, healthy and fulfilled.

I moved to LA 2 years ago and I feel like so many people and things are weighing me down and stopping me from fulfilling my purpose to serve and help others so this really was refreshing. I didn’t have a mom like Alexis’ mom so I really appreciate her sharing this and it was beautiful just seeing what it’s like to have such an amazing mom. It’s a shame she was taken from the Earth too soon but some of us never had the chance to have a mom like that even for a day so I’m just grateful to have this episode to learn from I’ll personally think of her mom now whenever I make decisions.

I've learn a lot of things. What is most personal I would say is, I came here interested about what Alexis had to say. The jaw-droping beauty got me first, then the presence of mind. So now, with all I've learn and connected to, I will face one of my fears which is the beauty in women. Or beauty in anything. I will not discard it as being out of my world or the opposite, just a fake. I will see it as myself and connect, if connection is meant to be. Beautiful souls, both of you.

Ive been struggling with this lately.. letting go of strong relationships that I don't see any fulfillment or growth or that we are even on the same path intellectually.. and have gotten back lash and guilt tripped because of it feeling that I was wrong to be wanting to grow and in different atmospheres. I agree..the biggest "heros"are the ones that can share their faults and fallibilities as well as strengths...these ideals of perfection whether bodily or otherwise are setting people up for failure and deep unhappiness very often too.It has to be OK to be human and to work at being the best caring, self aware human there is whilst working at your own individual talents.
The world does not need more "heros" for others to admire from afar without really knowing them in their everyday lives. We all have to be looking within and not outwards so much to see what others are doing..we never really know what someone elses life is..what advantages or disadvantages they have had.
We only know our own lives and social media seems to be taking us further and further away from living our own lives and young people looking outward more than inwards. Our beauty, intelligence and power lies within and thats where we must go for our inspiration and guidance.

She went through the battle of growing up in Hollywood and having to find her core which was so much more. The mentality she was surrounded by can be vicious and dark but she is a magician and only mirroring back to people positivity. Self love is a practice and that's where service lies in love and acceptance. Service doesn't exist where judgment does.
