    Ser Al Malika was one of my best blind buys, almost 2 years ago. I still love it and can't wait for fall to get it out! It has an apple pie sort of top along with a peppery, woody oud. I have all the others too, and they are all slightly different, but the oud is the same. It's also only 19.99, and I have even seen it for 14.99.

      Ok this is crazy but I have had this fragrance in my “give away/sell” box cause I did not like the fragrance at first and couldn’t stand it. I just decided to try again before selling and it has truly transformed. I like how you described the fragrance I can actually smell the apple and warmth, kind of like a fire cracking/burning wood. But it’s definitely changed. Can’t wait to try this with other lotions and fragrances

    I love it when you go on a rant! You're right, Lattafa needs to apply better judgement in deciding to release copies of their own releases! That said, I am going to look for the Yara dupe you mentioned in the previous video because I like the bottle better than the pink one. And I think you've convinced me to get Sheikh Al Shuyukh Luxe Edition!

    • @CeeChroniclesTalkingScents
      @CeeChroniclesTalkingScents  Год назад +2

      Exactly!! Oh l like those bottles too. Asdaaf is their cheaper line, you should pay way less than the price of Yara 🥰

    As I said I would get back to you on Ser Al Malika, I also said I have sheikh al shuyukh luxe edition. On my skin both smell entirely different. With the latter it shares more of the spices and is sharper and not as sweet with Ser Al Malika I find on my skin it is much softer more rounded and fruity. On first spray I can smell the very light oud and sandalwood, saffron, amber but then I smell floral which would be the rose followed by all the citrus smells, one slightly bitter and the others sweet. The clove is there on first spray. After about 30 mins I get smooth orange floral with musk with a hint of sweet apple. I did notice my bottle was produced 09.2020 so it has sat for a little while. I don't have oud mood and will not be getting it after listening to your very sound advise. Thanks. To conclude both Sheikh al Shuyukh Luxe Edition and Ser Al Malika are both totally different on my skin and "yes" I am happy with both. Thanks for your videos, I love them. 🙂

    Sheikh al Shuyukh is my absolute favorite and I am happy to hear that there is another one with the same DNA: What I like on the Sheikh compared to the Our Mood is that it’s not over-sweet, ist has something more elegant. So I will definitely purchase the Malika.!Thank you dear

    thank you, now I'm not gonna buy the oud mood coz i already have this Ser al malika. For me this is airy and sweet oud. I love watching your review. May I request if you can do review of middle eastern perfume with same DNA? I love ME perfumes but mostly I end up buying the same DNA of most complemented perfumes, (blaming my own curiosity). some perfumes in my collections that are the same are: rasasi Shurah and emir identity as 95% the same. Andaleeb orig and fragrance world berries weekend violet is also the same. Lattafa iam white and I am the queen is also 95% similar. Afnan 9am pour femme and ameerat al arab is 80% similar and lattafa shahd is also their little sister. Well this comes from my nose, I hope to hear your opinion for these. thank you so much your reviews are always helpful.

    Cee, I got Ser Al Malik (not Malika) last Saturday, and it initially put me off because it smelled so close to Oud Mood Reminiscence. It had that punchy, overpowering rose note that's too pungent.
    I sprayed a lot on Sunday and let it alone. Tried it today again and it lost the bitterness and got sweet and boozy. It kept hitting my nose. Still smells like Oud Mood Reminiscence, but now it has a beautiful syrupy sweet boozy note.

    I am just looking at this on perfumes dubai. I love Sheikh Al Shuyukh which was the first Arabic perfume I bought. The notes listed for Ser Al Malika are Opening: Neroli Mandarin, Orange, Clove and Artemisia. Heart Notes: Roses, Saffron, Oudh and Sandalwood. DRY DOWN: Vanilla, Amber, Musk and Patchouli. No apple listed at all. I will let you know how I go. It's priced right at $34.95 Australian. We do tend to pay more than most countries.

      I have tried samples of both and I would say they are not the same. Cocktail intense is closer to Angels Share DNA, Khamrah goes in a different direction, more apple pie spicy. I am probably the only person in the world who's not a massive fan of Khamrah but love the Angels Share DNA.
