I have never paid any attention to the sounds made while I'm cooking. To busy to appreciate the wonderful sounds that are made by the simplest activity. The ice in the bowl water or the stirring of the mixtures with a spatula. I try and keep my kitchen as quite as possible now so I can enjoy the entire process. My family loves cream puffs and it's the only type of dough I have been success at making so these will be next on my list. Thanks so much.
