Wow things have really changed since I made cream puffs. forget about cutting up you're doing there. I made the mixture in the middle and I made the light flaky the goes around the cream in the middle . I took off cut off the top filled it up with cream cook them at two different temperatures all that. Not necessarily in that order but certainly not this easy way. The easy way doesn't taste the same is making them the hard way I guarantee it. Enjoy yourself and thanks for sharing.
