Just bought a replacement shell a week ago and it came yesterday but it didn’t have the the little silver battery tab connectors or whatever they’re called on the back shell. Literally been searching for the past couple of hours on how to replace them and finally did. I really appreciate it

Having taken this controller apart to attempt a stick drift fix I thought it was going to be pretty straight forward, this was helpful so now I know to only change the faceplace, shoulders and analog sticks and forget everything else cause it looks like an absolute nightmare.
for people wondering what this is it’s called Lb Rb Bumper Button Replacement for Xbox one 7:25 (edit) there is some for the elite controllers so if you broke it, you know what to put in.
I know this is far fetched but would you be able to replace the screen on an ipad pro 12.9? i can’t fix it myself but it’s literally 700 dollars to fix otherwise :(
Do you repair broken controllers? I can't find any place that will repair controllers. I have custom edition controllers (Gears of War Xbox One controllers, and Halo Series X controller) and I need them repaired.
Muy mal, very bad it came with the tools but not like the First one you showed on the video, you used a pry tool very different than the one that came along with the tools, y scratched my original controller with this 💩. I Recently bought my new Xbox series x controller but the simplest tools are just that, simple, not the optimum ones.

i use make acrylic stands for my controller's. would cut to shape and heat bend the stand part, used acrylic glue to bind the piece's together.

Can u just change the shell without unhooking any of the wires or buttons cuz I want keep the buttons the same

any safe alternatives to the plastic pry tool? im trying to swap the shells of two controllers but i dont know what to use that will be safe

I can do it it's been like a year but if you still have em I can fix em for around 25-50$ USD depending on the problem
dang i wanted to replace the white back plate on my lime green controller but this looks a bit too complicated lol

The fact that the most difficult part is removing the clamps.
hm button testing would need more than randomly pressing them without the controller plugged to anything
