Your right about age being just a number.. Im 71 and love gaming. Now I'm playing atomic heart in uevr on my 4080 super. My piano students say to me, Is that a ps5 and vr headset over there? . I say to them im very imature for my age. I also tell them i have a quest 3 and a switch 2. It blows them away to see this old man into gaming big time. If i live to my 80s i hope it continues. Eating right and exercising 5 days a week helps.

I played a bit of D2 in Rec Room today. Had a little fun until I kept falling through the floor on my second run. Doh!

Ruuts has inspired me to grow a beard. Never tried it before and I’m 6 months in. My baby boy loves grabbing my beard and it’s painful but he likes it so it’s all good.

@@marksmith1535 Not really. I like Ruuts but that beard makes him look like old man winter. If you want to turn away women by the droves, grow a beard like that!

Aside from a single Athlon machine when they first launched way back when, I've been team Intel since the 90's. Not any more though. Once the new boards come out in September, I'm changing to AMD.

As part of the PC requirements I saw it stated bluetooth as one, and I hope you can get around to find out/know and explain what that exactly is - do we need to get a bluetooth adapter?

Still playing catch up, but just finished the bHaptics segment. It sounds awesome, but unfortunately way out of my price range. But I do have a couple questions that hopefully you guys or someone in the community happens to see..
There are 2 models of the vest. The x16 and x40. I know you guys were raving about the x40, but do you think the x16 would be enough to add a decent layer to games? Obviously 16 motors is a lot less than 40, so I'm not sure if those who've used it think it's more of a "go big or don't go at all" thing, or if 16 is a decent enough entry level?
Question 2... Would it be weird (or even compatible) to use just the sleeves?
Also, not a question but just an FYI that the bHaptics vests are both on sale for Prime Day until 11:59 pm PST July 17th.
Cheers, and thanks for the great content!

Would love haptic vest but just can’t afford it atm. With my wheel and ps5 and psvr2 it’s just enough money lol

To add on just a little more about my hotas comment, I find the cheaper hotas to be a bit "flimsy". the joystick dead zone isn't perfect. The throttle doesn't stay in place you have to hold on to it 100% of the time. This is by design unfortunately of the cheaper hotas. Also, you truly need the pedals to have better control instead of twisting the joystick (MY MOM 😂) In the end it is fun to use. I still recommend the cheap hotas if you're on budget and want better immersion. But I'll be shooting the cheap hotas version of me down with the gamepad most of the time

Intel dominated the CPU industry during the PC boom in the 90's and beyond because their fab / die shrink was ahead of everyone else. They are no longer leading in fabrication, they are behind. AMD no longer manufactures their CPUs. They are manufactured at TSMC (possibly at other companies too). TSMC is probably the worlds leading fab.
With out looking it up, I believe AMD is on 4nm and intel is still at 7nm.

Worried about metro. Arizona 2 looked just as good, character heavy, graphic focused trailer. Then it wasnt. the interviewer goes out of his way to emphasise the ammo economy is handled differently, well it needs more than that. Just port exodus
