Yeah, the entirely of the content id system is terrible. Some people can make their own music, but then someone can just basically take it and then say they own it when they don’t, and then things just go downhill for the original creator. If RUclips really wants to fix the issues, they should actively get on those cases. But alas, that’s a fever dream. Great video discussing these btw, it’s good to see something new from you again

3:20 Yes you can be shadowbanned from comments by the way and or blocked by the RUclipsr themselves, I've been blocked by many youtubers like PewDiePie, Ludwig, etc. but there are times where it may seem like you've been blocked by a certain channel, but you're actually just shadowbanned from all of the reports people give you. Yes shadowbanning in comments is legit, trust me.
There are also shadowbans for controversial topics as well. YT has an algorithm to block comments talking about certain things. They use AI to detect what you are talking about, and the AI can even determine if your comment is positive or negative about the thing you're talking about. Interesting note, I know a way of viewing shadowbanned comments but I kind of feel motivated to gatekeep it out of fear of it being patched.
