Each floor plan typically has 2 to 3 maybe more different façades to the house that they can select. The 3/2s in this location base price begins low 600s and they actually do have a lot of bells and whistles in their “base” homes
Rents have gone down in nashville housing prices will follow. Unbelievable traffic my God what happened? Every year I visit and notice more traffic each time.
