Nice homes for the price! Getting harder and harder to find nicer houses for less than $1M. The semi-open floor plans are so much nicer than the fully open concepts.
Oh I completely agree with you! These plans don’t feel constricted but are not wide open concept as we’ve seen it recently years. And, people are finding truly totally open concept homes noisy if you have children (or a hard of hearing family member) plus hard to furnish and feel “cozy”
