My dad developed and built subdivisions in Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Brentwood, and Franklin from the late 1950s until the mid 1980s. He even named a street off Hillsboro Pike for me. He always knew that one day those two areas would increase in population and would eventually allow Sumner and Williamson Counties populations to both soar toward half a million. I wish he had lived long enough to see his predictions come true.
Hi Keith, I’m moving to Tennessee over the summer. If you have any advice or best place to live for someone who wants to be in diverse area, young and wanting to live near people around my age, and with plenty to do. Please let me know. I’m trying to be as close to Nashville as possible but looking for a really affordable area to live. Thank you! :D
Looking to move to Nashville and work at Ascension. Where would be the best places to live with a look for small town kind of feel with dive bars but safe at the same place?
Yes absolutely. And with how crazy the rental market is here, I can say enough about how good of an investment a rental property is. Reach out to me and let's talk!
Hey Donell! I can certainly do that. And if you have any questions about Clarksville or want to talk about it go ahead and reach out. I’m here to help!
Hi! There are a couple options depending on preference (I know that's a vague answer lol but it's true!). Give me a call or shoot me a text and I'd love to go over them with you!
Where is the best place for a single man, no kids wanting the city vibe and the country atmosphere all in one, night life, shopping, clubs, food, and different sporting and fun activities.
I'm getting out of the military from overseas and taking an internship the end of September in Franklin. I'm a little concerned with being what I've been finding regarding housing costs for the area. Is it within reasonable distance to live in Murfreesboro or Spring Hills and commute?
First of all, thank you for your service! And to answer your question, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to live in either of those places and commute to Franklin. Feel free to give me a call or text if you want some help finding something!
Great video! Very informative! I personally love the Hermitage area! Also love your dogs!!!!
Thank you so much! And they’re spoiled dogs for sure!
@@livinginnashvilleTNwithTiffany I, like Evan, also love your dogs.

Thumbs up for the shirt alone!

Hendersonville is a full parking lot. Used to be nice.

I’ve lived in Hendersonville my entire life
So does that mean you love it there?!
I was all excited about Nashville until the best you got to offer is Andrew Jackson hometown maybe I’ll skip
Lol you should still be excited about Nashville. There's much more to it than that! Let me know if you have any specific questions!
Taylor Swift doesn’t live in Hendersonville. Hasn’t since high school.
Honey you’re saying “MURFEES boro”.
It’s MURFREES boro. There’s an R in there you’re leaving out.
For some reason my mouth won’t let me pronounce it with the R 🤦🏻♀️ I’m actually surprised you’re the first one to call me out on it lol.
