My issue is when my phone is locked I do not get a notification. My phone has to be unlocked for the message to come through very frustrating. The issue just started with this IOS 15 update.
Please answer I muted a specific person and I don’t get their notifications on iMessages like if I scroll down and you know you can see all the notifications but the iMessage doesn’t appear the time it was sent like it won’t pop up I need help and it’s only a specific person the rest it works well I muted him by accident please help

Shirley Mooring sis, You can restart your notification settings for messages, and make sure lock screen is checked. It should fix the issue.😊

This my think when someone text me nun show up and when I go to my Home Screen that’s when I see a text then
I get messages, but I have to open the app to see them. So no notifications... I have notis on and everything
