      When notifications from the same app are stacked together then one can double click really fast on that notification and that would openup the list without opening the app on the lock screen. I did that by mistake and I would consider that a life saving one 😂

      @@Isaacmmc I did and while there are some great things about the iPhone it's just not for me. I got an iPhone 14 Pro shortly after this comment and I still find new ways to be annoyed by it all the time. The notification system is not helpful or useful to the point where I have turned most of them off entirely. Siri is garbage compared to google assistant. It blows my mind how terrible it really is. I plan to return to the Pixel line as soon as I can afford to pay off the iPhone and make the switch.

    • @grandspartan1176
      @grandspartan1176 8 месяцев назад

      @@Isaacmmc I had iPhones 1-4 back in the day until I switched to a windows phone. I had a few of them but and they were pretty good but didn't have developer support to really take off. Then in 2017 I got a Nexus phone which was the precursors to the Pixel line. Then I switched to pixel and life was perfect for a very long time. I had a few of them until my wife convinced me to switch to the iPhone 14 Pro. And I mean it's fine, but it doesn't come close to a Pixel! I am very familiar with the Samsung phones too because a lot of people I know have them. And they are good, but Samsung spends too much time trying to make Android into its own Samsung thing. In my personal opinion the Pixel phones are the best phones PERIOD! The take amazing photos, google assistant is amazing on them because it's a google device, so it's very integrated and can screen calls for you, call to make reservations on your behalf, and always seems to know what you need when you need it. I promise if you get one you won't regret it.

      The iPhone is such a sh it that we have to come to watch this kind of videos, I was an Android user, Samsung, everything customisable and in this phone I can’t even place the icons wherever I want and the widgets are awful, I already put a sound on the alarm and I have to wake up with an awful sound because it doesn’t make it. And, the camera, is not as good as in Samsung or pixel, iPhone doesn’t even have a “pro mode”. I had custom tones even for different contacts, here I’m watching videos to see if it’s posible to customise the alarm tone without have to buy in the tone store…

    Notifications need serious work on all Apple equipment. You see a notification pop up. You better READ IT QUICK because it will disappear in the flash of an eye! Ok, it disappeared and I needed the data, what now? Let's click on notifications to find it! Can't find it? You are NOT alone! Millions of Apple product users around the globe are collectively spending thousands of hours looking for notifications that disappeared at the blink of an eye.
    So maybe you want notifications to appear in the order as they were delivered?? Seems perfectly LOGICAL but NO, I've tried ALL the settings and there is NO WAY to get the VERY LAST notification to appear at the top of your list. Oh, it's in a group. I don't want notifications in groups. I turn that feature off and it does nothing. Still in groups.
    But let's step back again as to why you are searching for it in the first place? Because it disappeared TOO rapidly. No human wants it to disappear THAT quickly. A more appropriate display time would be like 10 sec. Well, here's a suggestion, let the user determine the appropriate time!!! No, that's not allowed.
    So you turn on "persistent" notifications because the flash bang notifications disappear too quickly. Well the one you want persistent is not persistent for some reason. Still disappears, and meanwhile you have a list of OTHER persistent notifications you don't want that build up on the right of the screen covering everything. And where the hell is the "close all???" I have to click each one to close it.
    Notifications are a REAL mess and a real pain. Apple should be reprimanded for not fixing this after so many years of torture. A huge negative for otherwise great products.
