    how can you export the weight painted colors to texture, along with the UVs?

      As far as I know, I don't think it is possible to export weighted texture in the UVs. Although, for objects, it can be after making the instances real.

    how do i stop my weifht paint from looking pixelated and get a smoother paint instead?

      Sorry, wasn't able to answer sooner. The solution: Use subdivisions on the surface before doing weight paint.
      Another solution: There is a video of mine that I uploaded yesterday. You can refer to that for help.
