Here in the Netherlands we have VW police as well! In Tourans.... But they are switching to Mercedes! The B-class.... Wish we had station police cars, better or same good in every way as MPV's

The sole American crossover police car, the Ford Police Interceptor Utility (based on the 5th generation Ford Explorer), should take some of the traits of this vehicle to be a better pursuit vehicle for off-road use as well as reduce the likelihood of getting stuck in snow.

tror att det är för att dem i usa inte alltid åker två policer i bilarna. Ganska så vanligt att county och state poliserna kör 1 och 1 för att täcka större ytor. Men som Live Nyheter sa så åker den svenska polisen oftast 2 i bilen och då kan den ena sitta bak och hålla koll på buset.
tror snarare i usa är dom mer våldsamare. Typ dom spottar, sparkar mm vilket är typ därför dom sätter sak i mellan för hindra sånt, i bland har även endel folk som gripits lyckas ta sig ur handfängsel och typ börja strypa en av poliserna bakifrån osv. Så det är stora anledningen för dom har skydd i mellan i amerikanska polisbilar medans i sverige behövs det inte då oftast sitter en polis med och så är personerna här inte lika våldsamma som i USA.
Det finns minst lika våldsamma personer här i Sverige kan jag lova. Det är ofta spotthuvan åker på vid transport då omhändertagna/gripna spottar och slåss. Alla radiobilar är utrustade med spotthuva.

Ford's biggest make in the last 50 years was selling such a wonderful car manufacturer to the Chinese. Ford missed a perfect opportunity to build some of the safest cars on the road. Having said that, the new buyer seems keen in investing a lot of money in this very good company. Too bad it's not 100% Swedish any more.
Ford had to sell Volvo to avoid going bankrupt after the 2008 financial crisis., and it was the best thing that could have happend to Volvo really. Ford never invested in Volvo and managed them like GM did Saab, disastrous (we all know how it went with Saab)...and hadn't Ford been forced to sell them Volvo would either had gone bankrupt together with Ford or as a result of Ford's management of Volvo.
Skiter i brallan så fort jag ser en V90 i mörkret på långt håll. Tror alltid det är snut. Inget bra om de tar mig på min otrimmade moped som glider upp i 80-90, fast jag inte gjort något. Den har 50cc och spärrad variator och elspärrar vid ett visst varvtal, so den når endast vid nästan 90.
Och idag är poliserna som arbetar med dessa fordon inte alls nöjda med 90 bilarna. Det är alldeles för litet last utrymme i dom jämfört med gamla 70 bilarna. Och dessutom har dom flesta levererats med D4 som är en alldeles för klen motor.

Den var inte en cc, och fälgarna kommer jag inte ihåg eftersom det var på kvällen och den hade många starka lampor på (den var på utryckning)

Och idag är poliserna som arbetar med dessa fordon inte alls nöjda med 90 bilarna. Det är alldeles för litet last utrymme i dom jämfört med gamla 70 bilarna. Och dessutom har dom flesta levererats med D4 som är en alldeles för klen motor.
