Hey nice tank! But im not sure you will loose 30% of the bonding strength from the silicone skining after a minute or two but I do agree that direct injection is stronger when it is done correctly.
What does injected silicone really mean? Do you put the two corner glasses together & then inject silicone between the two panes of glass? Forcing the silicone to spread & go between the two pains of glass, rather than putting the silicone on the glass before bringing them together?

Unorthodox Question: What is that red mat you have on the bottom of the tank? i like how it looks & was jus wondering if i can put that on the bottom of my tank instead of any substrate?
The glass is clamped in it's final position with a wafer thin gap where the silicone is injected straight into it. Instead of just having the glass pieces apart putting the silicone on the edge, and then propping it up in place with clamps.
I guess this guy has lots of business because I sent him an email to quote an aquarium 3 days ago and no respond. Lame costumer service otherwise it's not legitime business.

Just gonna be straight with you from now, forget about direct inject bro and whoever gave you all this info that you are giving everyone else, that's a no no. So since way way back it's been done the old school way and 99% no issues, why you & some other newbies just been building sumps, tanks etc wanna make something that seems futuristic to you's that over 50% could fail. Think about that Primo, or else you won't be in a few years time.

Hi Ross, no you are right. In the moment of the video I think I called out 30% but that's way too much. It more like 5% to 10%
