So this is not true all the time or for all charts: depends on the entire picture. She also basically says the same thing in the video when she says Saturn and Venus need to be in proper qualities for good results

It will only give these results if Venus and Saturn have specific house rulerships / house and sign placements and if the rest of the chart and planets don't intervene. Applying rules out of context of the full chart and dashas, transits etc just leads to wrong conclusions.

@Mouli Ojha exactly, this is what I feel and gone through. But alas, I realized it later. Earlier I used to contradict with almost every women somehow in office, home and society in a very strange way! I had some sour instances and I suffered a lot due to these too.

Sorry but I would like to oppose your view Advance Astrology. Saturn relaxes at the age of 35 and allows the native to seek his or her partner. It delays love and marriage but doesn't deny. It wants the native to learn patience in a relationship. After 35 years the native does find love and it's a long term one as Saturn rewards the native after long years of lovelessness. In case of finances, the native makes good money but remains simple and grounded. For example Bill Gates. He is freaking rich but maintains a low profile.
