Simply explained and well demonstrated, this CMI layout seems intuitive enough even for less advanced synthesists.

More brilliant content, the best Arturia tutorials I've found and that includes Arturia's in-house ones.

I'm a fan of self-deprecation too... makes the fall a little less painful when I (inevitably... see what I did there...) mess up ;)

There's a small easter egg if you type arturia on the qwerty keyboard !

Question: Does the loop function for the sample playback (Both F and F/B modes) have an option to sync to the project BPM or is it just timed out by whatever unit of speed (ms?) is on the scale above the sample sound wave?

Thanks for this! Very helpful indeed. Any tips on how to remove clicks from some patches in the CMI? I've tried moving the in out points, loop points, moving the different points while holding "shift" unsucessfully. :s

Not really, I'm afraid, without context. Are you sure you're not suffering audio glitches? Have you tried dropping your bit rate, even temporarily, or at least monitoring your Performance Meter? If you've tried moving to a different point in the sample and you're still hearing the same clicks it doesn't sound like an issue with the sound itself.

If you still have this type the letters 'ARTURIA' on that keyboard for an easter egg 🤣🤣

Yeah I only learned about it after making the video, but it's pretty cool :)

Thanks! I would love to see a cross fade functionality for the looping of samples. @arturia: please :)

I hear you - those pops are a bit annoying, but in its defence Arturia tend to put faithful emulation over enhancement. That said, there are plenty of Arturia synths with "Advanced" pages where they remove the restraining bolt, so, yeah, that would be nice :)
