    I am seriously looking at getting this bow. At 66 years old and getting back into archery after a 26-year absence from the sport, it looks like a good bow to get started again.
    Love your reviews. It's great to see an archery dealer showing affordable options and giving honest reviews.

    Seems like a pretty decent indoor bow for the price. Bows like this that draw easy and shoot smoothly at a middling price point for beginning target archers are very important in recruiting new people to the sport.

    I watch your videos almost religiously. Thank you for you effort, Steve. Would love to see you review one bows of the german brand: OK Archery. You see their bows almost on half of the tournament shooters here in Germany, but never outside of germany. I shoot the Model "Absolute 42" and i wouldn't want to replace it for any other international top brand models.

    Amazing bow for the money. No, not a necessarily fast bow, but easy & smooth with ideal specs for target archery. Looks really nice & has all the features & quality of American equivalents at less than half the price. Why not ?

    I had 2 experiences with Topoint: Bought the Unisson (recurve riser), looked nice, was twisted. No way to get a proper limb alignment. Being CNC machined is not a guarantee of quality. Tried their copy of Beiter plunger: fell apart in my hands...
    For me that was enough to believe Topoint is a good cheap brand to own flashy stuff that don't last. If you shoot once a month in your backyard... Why not...

    • @bobjimenez4464
      @bobjimenez4464 4 года назад

      I got a unison riser too......I had to shim my spigarelli zt arrow rest 1/8 of an inch to get the correct fit.
      The unison riser is only 1/2 inch thick at the rest location.....my older PSE riser is 5/8 inch thick.
      I wish that they would specify what the dimensions are at important areas of the risers.
      The topoint wrap around arrow rest is a P.O.S. .......the wire won't stay in place.

    Do you guys tune bows before sending them? Even though everyone who's never owned a Topoint says I'm insane, I would LOVE a T1 or Trigon to learn to hunt with but as a complete compound newb, I don't feel I could set it up and feel rude taking one into my local store that doesn't sell them

    Great video again Steven, one to bear in mind at only £500 or thereabouts in the UK for a decent target bow. ATA suits us finger shooters, speed is a bit of a let down for 3D

    this is a good bow. 300/300 we can't do it yet (we don't have enough experience :) ), but in the standings, we had a score of 296/297 (20-yards) p / s true, we changed the bowstring immediately to a better one.

    Although the bow looks pretty good the price just isn't low enough to justify buying one. Not to mention that's an awful group compared to the one he shot with the Junxing Phoenix, whigh costs less than half! I paid less than that for a very lightly used PSE Xpression on Ebay, and it's brilliant....

    Customer service aside, what do you think of the current Sanlida recurve offerings? Also sold in the UK as Kinetic.
    I think the forged/CNC Stylized & Valenz at £180 (say $US 200) look good. The Sovrens at £300 seems fantastic. Limbs X8/X9/Vaultage great value for money.....
    Next! Topoint Aerodyn... Any thoughts?

    • @MyFriendsAreElectric

      I think he's generally against finger drawing a compound in all cases. The potential for sideways/twisitng torque means finger drawing risks a derailing event.
      If you want to finger draw, get an Oneida as it has recurve limb tips or get a recurve/longbow/flatbow etc

    What would you say is the better buy? This or a pse centrix? The centrix is roughly 200 euros more expensive.

    • @sahhull
      @sahhull 4 года назад

      PSE bows have a lifetime warranty.
      It depends if you can afford that additional 200 euro's. That saved 200 euro's could buy you an arrow rest, peep, stabiliser set, a sight etc.

    • @mmonroe1025

      I own a Centrix. I have shot the Topoint many times. The Towpoint is as good as any high end Bow by any Manufacturer. It is very quiet and smooth. Best buy out there. Do not be fooled by that twang noise. It is not there. Do not know what was up with his mics.

    🤣🤣🤣 to anyone that buys this bow and wants to be taken seriously. What a pile of crap. Save your money and buy a decent second hand bow that’s a couple of years old. Cheap quality that doesn’t even get up to spec in regards to draw length or draw weight. You get what you pay for with archery equipment. Invest in an older bow that’s better quality and not this sort of cheap “pile it high and sell it cheap” crap. Also, if you did invest in this bow it would be fine for 3D archery if it was a known or marked distance as speed is less important when the distance is known. I with this guy would give people who don’t know much about archery all the facts. Speed is really only an issue in 3D shooting when you don’t know the distance you are shooting as the arrow will drop less over distance with greater speed. If you shoot known distance 3D then this could be ok (still stand by it being a bag of crap though 🤣)

    They will never be able to sell that junk in the USA. 800 dollars will never happen. My mathews only costed 90 to 100 dollars more. People is better off buying a Diamond, Martin or a lower model PSE.
