    I think they should play some notes when they talk about their pedals so we can actually see how the sound of the pedals are

      We're working on that for next time we film these segments. However it is very hard to find time in a band's short sound check to do that. Trying our best to put out quality content and we appreciate you're feedback

    Does he put these in the effects loop of his amp?

    • @fullmetalfunk
      @fullmetalfunk 10 лет назад +1

      My guess is no. I'm about 99.9999999% sure he runs all of those right through the front because he's got the dirt pedals and I don't know of anyone who runs dirt pedals through the effects loops, and he didn't mention, and it doesn't look like, there are any points that break off from the board say for the delay or reverb to go to the loop. I'd bet money (enough to by one of those Jaguars) that he's going right into the front of the amp with everything.

  • @allstopblue5717
    @allstopblue5717 6 лет назад

    Describes his Jaguar as “so simple” lol. Jag’s are one of the most complex guitars out there with all the switching options. That finish is pretty sweet though

    • @gloryxkid
      @gloryxkid 5 лет назад +1

      •allstopblue • i think he meant it’s simple because he doesn’t mess with the circuits, I can see it being a straight forward guitar if you don’t mess with that

    • @g00dbyegravity

      Rig Squad
      Boss Chromatic Tuner
      EHX Pulsar
      EHX Nano Clone
      EHX Small Stone Chorus
      Way Huge Swollen Pickle
      Ibanez Tubescreamer
      Boss DD6
      EHX Holy Grail
      I didn't catch the volume pedal, but probably a standard Ernie Ball

  • @Jvdg3m3nt
    @Jvdg3m3nt 7 лет назад +1

    The Swollen Pickle is far from basic, so much you can do with that pedal. Takes a while to get tones you want.

  • @dan_s_higginson
    @dan_s_higginson 7 лет назад

    I see he is running volume->reverb->mod->delay->drive->pulse->tuner.

    • @hapakek1
      @hapakek1 7 лет назад +1

      I think it's volume > reverb > mod (small stone) > delay > mod (nano clone) > drive > pulsar > swollen pickle > tuner. It's kinda weird route.

  • @tobywilson163
    @tobywilson163 10 лет назад

    It's very uncommon to have the tuner last, as after the signal finally passes through all other 8 pedals, you're not left with the cleanest signal, to give the tuner the best chance at being accurate. Awesome board all the same.

  • @JeserNoob
    @JeserNoob 8 лет назад +1

    Kurt technically don't use either. He played a small clone chorus just not the nano version. I don't think they were even out yet. Doubt he played a stone pedal.

    • @Floppa-oz1kp
      @Floppa-oz1kp Год назад

      He used a Script Phase 90, not a small stone. Small clone nano is pretty much the exact same as the og small clone just shrunken, like all EHX nano pedals. I think he meant it more in using the effects not the EXACT pedals.

  • @skeletonsystem
    @skeletonsystem 8 лет назад +1

    wish youd have them play something for examples of the gear as when i go look up the sounds with a review, they usually play terrible music haha. great segment regardless!
