I really love this home style. It has a great layout, and it certainly isn’t lacking in nice details. The back porch is nice being covered and could easily be screened in if someone wanted to, plus it has a great sized front porch.

These homes are certainly nicer than the typical Toll Brothers crap we have around here.
I'm not 100% familiar with Toll Brothers as they havent begun to build in Nashville, but The Jones Company happens to be one of the most reputable homebuilders in Nashville

I just google the toll brothers their homes are even in Cali I believe

Hi @MrBgmn1283 , thank you for watching and for asking. This home was in the Otter Creek community being built by The Jones Company. Since the filming of this, the Otter Creek community has been sold out. The Jones Company is building another community in Fairview TN, called Belvoir. Floorplans will be slightly different there as they will be the Manor Collection by The Jones Company. The Jones Company is still working on pricing for this community.

The builder's name is "The Jones Company," and they have a few different developments they are working on, including this one. I have walked their other developments as well and have loved their work
