Don't look them up. Don't discuss it. Put up a wall , and guard that wall with prayer. I moved 1,400 miles , to leave a narcissist. It was the only way. The best method is to get distance. If she had moved, the breakup would have been permanent.
Y'all take a comedy TV show too seriously. Plus Sheldon isn't a narcissist, he loves his friends, but doesn't have the brain programing to be aware of social cues like normal people.
