This is so. Cool like a big photography fan and I always wanna to learn it and really your videos is helpful I'm saving money to buy camera and strat take pictures and stuff thank you for your videos you are super talented
I plan to buy (7artisans 12mm t2.9 cine lens) from their official 7artisans online store. It says payment option (paypal and credit card) in two ways, which I have to use one of them, as I am ordering this product from India will the product arrive safely? There is only email facility to contact them so is it safe for me to buy?
I definitely prefer photography over videography so I don't know much about cine lenses, but why use them over conventional lenses? Conventional lenses tend to be cheaper and have both AF and MF. The only advantage I cine lenses have is better focus breathing and some of them are anamorphic. Am I looking at this the wrong way?
Focus gear and sharpness. Consistent focus throw is big on video as photography lenses tend to be short and you can’t repeat focus accurately. Photography lenses tend to be super sharp as well compared to Cine lenses. Hope that helps!
real s35 is actually 1.33x crop, since its an s35 lens, of course it will work at 1.3x crop ;) Some cine bodies are even 1.29x but they still call it s35 ;)
That's so cool. SIRUI's APS-C anamorphic lens should also be a good fit for the FX30. look forward to that combination!😎
I bet it's perfect with the FX30 😍

Nice review and impresion Victor.! Also fits in RF Canon Aps-C, interesting wide angle lens with better quality than average
realistically speaking , what's better these lens or Sony e pz 10-20mm in terms of video quality and for deep focus shots
I would go with the 10-20mm, you get more range and you also get the autofocus if you need it!
Really needs better mount options. Ef, PL... Something that can be more flexible.
Yuppppp, those are the most used in the cine world..
Hey, what's that intro song?

@@VictorLaforteza Thanks for the explanation!
quick request from me
if possible can you make comparison with Meike lens too?
since price range quite in range for 35mm-ish
Sounds good! I’ll try to reach out to them 🙌🏽
@@VictorLaforteza huooohh thanks so much!!
I haven't been able to play with anything less than 16mm but that was for vlogging and for some reason i didn't do much with it! love wide angle tho!
Yeah, I usually gravitate towards 35 / 85mm but wide angle is so fun to experiment with!!
@@VictorLaforteza for sure, i do love my 24-70
Man i wonder how this lens would pair with a zve10 definitely going to see what i could make with it, thanks
Should be good!
I just bought the 25,35, & 50 1.05's had no idea that they had this lens.
They launched it recently!
@@VictorLaforteza gonna have to pick it up then!
@@BrandonTalbot They're awesome!! ultra wiiiiiide lol
Victor, can you do the 35mm and the fx30. In trying to see if it compatible. I bet it would look good normally.
Definitely is compatible! The 35mm is full frame though and you might get better value with their apsc one. I’ve heard their 50mm vision is decent.
@@VictorLaforteza ohh yeah. I was asking if you could do the vision 35mm and the fx30.
@@adewoleajayi9917 I'll try to see if they will send me one for review!
Any nd of uv filter you recommend for this one?
Freewell ND filters are nice! I don't use UV filters
@@VictorLaforteza what about vignetting ? Is it present in a lens that wide
@@diegovalverde6787 You should be okay with one filter and make sure it's a solid ND not a VND (variable ND)
@@VictorLaforteza why not variable?
