A judge dismissed the lawsuit in December 2023, six months later it was filed!
The lame judge said he didn’t think he had the jurisdiction and that Norris got to speak at another public meeting. 🙄
I guess it didn’t help that others that didn’t get to speak didn’t join him in the lawsuit.
Great job citizens... Start filing charges against corrupt board members mayors governors staff and possibly cops paid to violate

Sadly the only thing that will happen after this suit is that the city insurance policy will go up, which means the taxes will go up, so at the end of the day the ones that suffer still and more will be the members of local community

I'm truly sorry you feel this way. Any government that fails to follow the law should cease to exist and all officials of said government be stripped of all assets and citizenship.
