We needed a sawmill for my father while he waits for his new Timberking. This cooks will fit the ticket and help him to finish some jobs in the meantime.
Great snag, you just don't see them come on the market very often. I consider them more of an industrial mill than a hobbiest mill even their smaller mills as you have. Every nut, bolt and wheel is of the highest quality.

We sold the 1400 last November and put money down on the new one. I've been running my 2000 full out trying to keep up. This cooks will bridge the gap until the new mill arrives in August.

We ran it for 5 or 6 months then sold it once the 2220 was ready. This was a stop gap for my dad until then.

Couldn't find a used one.ordered my new one but one year on that .I think I've got 40 to 50 logs lined up already.
Just make sure to keep them up off the ground. It will help them last longer.
