Lol u did fine , u don’t have to b perfect so no kind should judge u on that ! just showing us the wood work is amazing , I do appreciate it , I’m learning the tools u use n practice lil each weekend I can …. Thank you !!!
At this point I believe you can teach us to walk on water. Such an amazing teacher! I just seen a guy cutting out a wood Christmas tree in a video yesterday. Then here you go, I love it! Have you ever given us workspace tour? Made my brain perk up when you pulled down that backdrop for photos. Also top 5 tools we should buy remake the most popular items on your channel. Sorry if you already have these, I'm new to your channel. Stay amazing !
lol, glad my videos have helped you. I have not done a workshop tour yet. I was planning to do one before the year ended, so hopefully soon! Hmm that is a good idea about the top 5 tools. I may have to do that soon, thanks. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
You are so smart about making things with wood, floral decor not so much. Just kidding, I actually thought it was pretty when you got it done. I appreciate your ingenuity when it comes to translating your ideas to people like me with no wood skills. Thank you for breaking it down so it is easy to understand. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
Thank you very much, I definitely want to get my floral game better lol! Thank you for commenting and I wish you and your family happy holidays as well.👍
Thank you. Yes that thought came to mind when I was editing the video or I may be able to change some other things to the jig as well. I am going to have to look into that for sure. Would definitely make this a lot easier because that was the only tricky part. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hi, I am working on it and hope to have it available this weekend. I am actually going to have it and the jig available on my website I am building. Makerdecorshop.com Thank you so much for the support!
I just bought a router myself and I'm been watching videos on how to use it, I'll be buying your plans, are they available on Etsy? The floral design 😂😂 you had me laughing
Thank you, I am going to have the plans on the new website I am working on. It should be up and running by next Tuesday. Makerdecorshop.com And thank you, I was nervous putting that in at the end of the video. But that's the way I am, always second guessing myself lol. Thank you for the support!
Thank you. People use mainly three types. Round over, cove or a spiral straight. The one for this video was I believe a spiral down cut bit, but a spiral up cut bit will work as well. Doing different bits will change the look slightly. If you google these, some images will pop up showing the profile they do to wood.
Hi, I used 1/2 inch plywood for this and works well. I try to avoid 3/4th as much as possible just because of the added weight. They can get heavy quick. Thanks for watching and good luck!
Hi, it is from Home Depot and it is the Ryobi Brand. It is their newest router that came out. I will put a link but check the website a lot because they put it on sale a lot. The original price is like $100 but I got mine for like $60 and sometimes they have it for less? Home Depot has a lot of sales of their Ryobi Branded stuff every other day. Just make sure it is their newer one like the one linked below www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-18V-Cordless-Compact-Router-Kit-with-2-0-Ah-Battery-and-Charger-PCL424K1/320639499
Not at the moment, but hope to eventually do that on our website makerdecorshop.com I do not have a time set when that is possible, sorry. Thanks for watching!
Hi, I do have a website makerdecorshop.com that has some of the products I sell. But I do not sell the larger projects yet as shipping cost does not make sense for me at this time. Thanks for watching!
I think you did very well with the floral. Asymmetry is key 🔑 with those dried floral installs! Love your videos!
Thank you very much for the tip. I definitely want to try floral again soon!
So pretty, love your work 🥰
😂the way u kept adding at the end there got me crying 🤣🤣❤️
lol, thank you. I thought I should add some more of the random process behind the scene. Thanks for watching!

Great work😊, can you repaint these ripple arch,
Than you for all your videos! Could I ask you about the size of the bit?
Your Welcome. The bit I used was 1/4 inch spiral down cut.
Make the jig longer so you can reach the other side and still go in the same direction.
Thank you. Yes that thought came to mind when I was editing the video or I may be able to change some other things to the jig as well. I am going to have to look into that for sure. Would definitely make this a lot easier because that was the only tricky part. Thanks for the suggestion!

Came out amazing. What kind of bit you used to make the ripple

@@MakerDecor thank you so much i really appreciate love watching your video always learning new things
What thickness of wood are you using? Or what would you recommend? 3/4”?
Hi, I used 1/2 inch plywood for this and works well. I try to avoid 3/4th as much as possible just because of the added weight. They can get heavy quick. Thanks for watching and good luck!
Do you repaint the backdrops for every party you decorate for??
You can or just put material over it. Depends on the setup and color.
Good job 😂
