Pros usually take into account a late gamer, a tank, and disables. This doesn't limit it to 1 str, 1 late gamer and 3 ints.

when i saw their hero line up i was like 'what can sk do with these heroes' and at mid game i though they were going to lose !
I think the avid was very good at the begining because both the teams have 4 early game heroes and just one late gamer. But the the team work of sk was very good and also they had silencer. His global silence prevented the use of attack combos of qop, leshark. And pugnas ward also did a great deal in the end game.

Umm.. I understand Avid's strategy via hero picks, but I coudn't get into SK's (maybe I haven't reach their standard yet).
So can someone explain the point of SK's pick and their strategies? I watched it 3 times but still couldn't conclude how they won the hard game.

It has to do with strategy... in pro league 1 kill is very important, so they rather make sure they get one guy (so the whole team get benefit from the kill) rather than seek a better score and resistance. Also guinsoo is hard to get in late game and it is one of the most important and useful items in lategame

You can't change angles of the game using a video editor. You're dealing with hard copy video files that are already recorded in their final state.
You have to use Danat's replayseeker in addition to Don's plugin for it (which is what is needed to change angles) and then just experiment. Practise makes perfect !
I usually record at 1/2 speed for most scenes and sometimes 1/4 and rarely 1/8 to capture those first-person elune arrows or fissures you see floating around in my vids.

there are lots of strats right now
u can see various strats in each game
like an all int push strat (enigma chen furion etc) or a tank/carry strat (dk, alche) --> both are very old now
nowadays 3 carrys in one team and also trilane strats are popular ^^

@icefall1793 yes sorry im mixing hon terms into dota. i mean shivas + linkens. even scepter + linkens would have been better because lacoste was getting most of the kills which meant he was getting most of the gold on his team for that game. i realize guinsoo is a good item, but that qop needed to switch to carry mode in that instance because broodmother wasn't exactly carrying very well. the linkens would have changed the entire game.

Their going for close range + they have some good creep whipers! So lich can get his ulti optimized and global silence so they cant get healed or blink!
@supperjin because the leshrac had no real items, probably just warding/counterwarding the whole game and supporting

1. lesh very low hp
2. axe casted ulti the moment lesh got hit again by lich ulti...
2. is the more realistic ofc ^^ i think it went like that

All the waves are from neutral creeps, they only spawn every once in a while. Thats there normal attack.

also they way the clash is pro... how they let silencer kill and everything man... its pure ´really nice play and nice to watch

I don't get it. at 8:38 axe couldve both saved his teammate lich and killed brood, but instead uses lich as bait to kill teammates, fails, then gets brood kill.
