I know everyone is saying that Berserk is boring and all, but let's forget about that and enjoy a simple battle :)
That doesn't hurt, right ;)
P/S: BTW, I wrote it in the video description, but I have to repeat it here: this is plain old H3 SOD, no mods used. Too many commenters mentioned "mods, mods, ugghhh". There's a limit to being a newbie, guys :| Let's research before commenting.
I honestly have no idea how to possibly beat this without berserk.
This does remind remind me fondly of Dragon Slayer campaign in AB. Why yes, I naturally only managed to beat it by building up virtually unlimited mana pool with Intelligence, and spamming Blind, Berserk, DisRay, Resurrection etc (plus buffs/debuffs like exp Slow, Precision, Frenzy, Anti-magic, Forgetfulness etc were also a must, though Enchanters more often than not took some of that work off my hands), but, like the guy above me already mentioned, most of these super crazily farfetched PvE battles are nigh impossible to beat otherwise while still managing to keep the entire army mostly intact for future battles(especially important in Dragon Slayer, since you couldn't purchase units and carried a remaining army through missions). Needless to mention, I had a helluva blast with that campaign.
And, even though I'm still utterly unusable in PvP/competitive H3 just like I was back then, it was still nice enjoying some of my peers' envious eyerolls, as they generally gave up after a few tries of Faery Dragon mission lol.
Furthermore, I also enjoyed sandboxing the shit out of that Europe map(Viking We Shall Go!), and uselessly dragging already all but beaten scenario on just to stock up on hundreds of superdragons. : D My PvP/competitive-oriented friend called me a junkie back then. : P

But you're right -- there's no way to win this fight with the troops you have, so you have to depend on Berserk...
why doesn't the "blind" spell fall off when you cast something on the target? Is it some mod or some exploit I did not now about the spell?
Legit tactic. Berserk is OP, as is blind, but hey how else are you gonna take down a zillion dragons 😂 gg wp keep the uploads coming!
you dont, that should be a point. Impossible battle should be impossible. Exploiting primitive game mechanics means, that there are two primitives. Gamedesigner and a player.

@@tomascernak6112 you can grind till u have 9999 titan + ammo cart and force field. but of course that would take too long, but nothing is impossible
what is OP or boring on using berserk, the point tof this skill is about game changer of situation. it is realy pure, fair and good tactic :)

It's funny. These dragons are like drunken friends in a bar - they stuff each other's faces.
The disrupting ray, bloodlust, etc. at the end doesn't do anything btw. Attack-defence difference of 60 already gives max possible damage.
what about slayer?

Same battle happened when I faced with 9999 AA 7 stacks in The Fall of Atlantis. The annoying thing is AA has high morale and I forgot to take the morale negation so sometimes AA get rid of the Berserk zone :)) anw nice vid

Love this game. I still play it... once every 2 years. You don't want to put your ranged units side by side, though. If they get attacked at close range, they'll be useless.
Yeah, but in this case, they never got the chance to touch my shooters.

You should have ressurected your arcs then clone them evey 2nd turn and ressurect the rest of your army much faster.
I know that stuff and have done that a billion times, check out my other videos :)

@@algirdasnavickas119 Well, in Heroes 3 there is something called "shots" for shooters. If you keep shooting needlessly when you don't have an Ammo Cart then your shooters will soon be out of shots and that's it. You'll have to summon their clones and stuffs. So yes, I know, might save 1.2 minutes of watching time but I don't want that. And I don't see it as a bad thing either. some people actually like to watch longer videos :))
Have you tried newer version, Unleashing the Bloodthirsty 2.0? where you can't get expert fire magic... tried the map, but i'm bad at the game hahah :D

Wow, but how to know when the berserker spell gonna last? Till how much turns? I see it’s is 4lvl … so how long it’ll affects ? And how to know that a spell already gone? And why u using this spell in every turn?
Most other spells last as long as your hero's power skill. But for this Berserk spell, it lasts only 1 turn. That's why we have to recast it on every turn.

I see that at 0:39 when the battel start's your enemy get all bad magics, how can I do that too?
You need to obtain the artifact "Armor of the Damned". You can google to see how it looks.

@@sebiandrei1910 It's a combo artifact (combined by smaller artifacts) so you can either get it as a whole or get all of the smaller ones. So, it all depends on the map :)

If you're talking about the Blind spell on the Faerie Dragon, then it stays very long because my hero has high power skill.

Same. Grew up watching my dad play and 15 years later we realized we could download custom maps, WOG, and legit tactics 😂

Why is the feerie dragon not retaliating when the behemoth atacks??
When your hero has Expert Fire magic, the first strike (that wakes up their unit from Blind) won't trigger a retaliation. Only the first strike.

Believe or not I still playing this game.

And TBH, the goal is to win the battle. And we won. The game is also meant for doing whatever you want, while sipping a cup of tea or playing with your dog or sth. It's Heroes 3 - no need to rush or do exactly "this" or "that".
@@EmiliaKaida I agree, just pointing attention to some optimisations :) For example you don't need to create a clone to attack expert blinded enemy - he wont attack you back :)

Huge number of dragons don’t make this fight interesting. Try Paragon map if you haven’t yet, it has much more interesting fights.

and this is why i barely ever played might heroes. so many spells in this game are too good. at least might heroes had the orb of inhibition for auto wins vs magic heroes

Yeah I really wish so too. But there's some company firing copyright claims on H3's combat themes so we can't use that.
Why couldn't the Archangels be resurrected and the others raised with his clone? The Archangels, after all, will have a higher resurrection power.
I did that in many of my videos, check them out. This is just a small special final fight, and 200 AA is too few. Final fight -> no need to resurrect !

I started watching and was like... Wow, he's gonna play that through without Berserk, is that possible? And then you picked Berserk from the Spellbook and I scrolled down to the comments section xd
Understandable :)) But some remarks here:
- To use Berserk, you always need to "set up" first (aka lure the enemies to a focal point etc.) You can sometimes use it right at the beginning, but - well, let's think optimization, right?
- It's not usually every day that we defeat 7x9999 Dragons :)) So just use what's needed.
I would prefer Tazar or Mephala as hero.

Haha, don't worry, this is a super special map (Unleashing the Bloodthirsty), with a story and specific settings.
Normal maps, you don't get this many troops and never will :)) Just play for the fun !
why don't gragons strike back Ancient behemoths' clon? revenge renews every turn, doesn't it?
With Expert Fire magic, you can have first strike with no retaliation. First strike only.

Good skills but less satisfying as I was expecting xD
Res arch angels then res everybody else with clone then clones on arches and bears then buffs then blind + hit + blind
I explained that in other comments. This is the final battle of a map, no need to waste time resurrecting (there is no other enemy left...). And for 99.99999% of the battles in my channel, I have already done the strategy you mentioned, no need to do it here, too lazy :) - and near the end, I did use the bear's clones to attack them. One small note to you though, even the clone is unnecessary because we have Expert Fire, so we can just hit directly with the real bear, the enemy troop cannot retaliate. That's just how Expert Fire + Blind works :) (first strike after Blind won't trigger retaliation)

This is the final battle of the map, I don't bother doing that. On other occasions, I do that and people complaining "Why are you wasting my time doing that etc etc...". And now when I don't do that, people also ask. What the hell, haha.

The mapmaker designed the enemy's troops like this, we can't have a choice.
Berserk is great and so blind there is no much potential in fire magic and at least can inferno counter others.
в теории можно было бы эту битву пройти и без берсерка с текущей армией используя силовое поле и просто спрятав титана и драконы бы не могли бы его ударить дальше вешая бешенство получплся бы гиганский урон, а так битва прикольная
он без тележки с боеприпасами прискакал,так что не можно
@@user-uy2qe1qk6p Телегу бы вынесли сразу, но титанов можно клонить, у клона будут выстрелы. Но эта схем однозначно сложнее. Берс лучше. С берсой+армия почти не надо

Много лишних телодвижений по магии, слепу абузил плохо, мало архов, не юзал их резурект через клон, почему то не реснул коров. Глянь прохождение карты (или только боссов) "парагон"/" парагон 2" от профи
