I’m an amazing cook so I’m told but can say for certain I’ve never had potato salad with eggs. I’m from VA by way of Georgia and never seen it done. I guess different for different folks 🤷🏽♀️
@@lisaadams1738 In my family we put deviled eggs around the potato salad and if you want egg in yours just scoop a egg out with yours. Everything that goes in potato salad also goes in deviled eggs. My elders have always said eggs will make your potato salad spoil fast, so we never mix it in.
You can't be that amazing of a cook I have never heard of people not put boiled eggs in potato salad unless it is German Potato Salad which I don't like.The eggs give potato salad richness it is a must I will never not add eggs my potato salad is rich and delicious

We moved to the RDU area 2 years the food is awful especially the Soul Food..Pizza and BBQ all are horrible NC has the worst food in the South.I moved from Northern California the food is way better out there and that is not even the South I am originally from New Orleans and I am a good cook so I know good food but North Carolina has not caught up with Texas..Louisiana..Georgia.. Memphis..Alabama and other Southern States Chicago New York Virginia Florida and Washington have better food than NC.We can't wait to leave here for good at the end if the year I do not like it here at all This restaurant is in Durham he said Raleigh

Let’s Eat is good but I’ve been loving Tru Soulfood in Butner. The customer service is great there as well
