We know that a lack of funding means our canal system will have to reduce in some way and now we have recently found out that as continuous cruisers we will have to pay an additional surcharge each year too. Suddenly, we are forced into re-evaluating this lifestyle that we have been lucky enough to enjoy for the last 4 1/2 years and asking ourselves the question: Is Continuously Cruising on a Narrowboat Worth it Anymore?
