I have just found your channel and think it’s tremendously helpful. One thought about the 2 arrows metaphor- you can stop, pause, and reflect but what about the sink of dirty dishes? I know it’s not the point of the story and I’m being blunt but please know it’s meant respectfully. Reducing stress to me sometimes means calling a spade a spade when you don’t get the support you ask for. It’s really hard to breathe bad behavior away because it is hurtful. And then you clean the dishes anyway….
