The big ice barrage is most likely used for larger entities. You could technically stretch the smaller one, but stretching makes it a lower quality which is probably why they added a larger variant.
Low key would 100% approve of cosmetic overlay for graceful. Props if you could set your cosmetic set with Runelite so others running the plug in would see your own custom fashionscape.

To add to your chaos idea at the end of the video: Change the drops of monsters on the ground to rare drops on their table. Starting your new hc and get a rune scimmy from fire giants? Nope just a guam when you pick it up. Get dragon warhammer from shamans? Pick it up and it's just a rune one.
"Steal their look" has been something I've been meaning to add to Transmog for quite a while, it's just been locked behind a rewrite of the preset system to allow more than 4 at a time. Hopefully that will be released soon (gotta do some more testing on it)

Really like the idea of randomising other people’s items. Would this be able to work in pvp? Would be interesting to see someone make a pk vid where you don’t know your opponents gear or wep.
The chat filter plugin is pretty good for that. It lets you set up really extensive filters using regular expressions. You can cut out a ton of the spam if you keep your filters updated.
For the make random drops appear an easy way to probably make that work is just changing drops on the ground to SAY they're something else until you pick them up, similar to editing already existing entities it's an easier approach
Please make a guide on creating plugins. This was amazing. Would be great to have your quality videos as a reference for beginners and get more people into this.
I would highly recommend checking out the RuneLite github wiki. They have very detailed and easy to follow tutorials show you how to get set up. It definitely takes a bit of familiarity with programming, but it is something a lot of people would find worth the time spent learning.
Giant ice barrage was probably the original graphic/animation for barrage spells as they were multicombat hitting a 3*3 area so you know which area was safe and not safe. But given the animation was so huge, I'm guessing they changed it to what it is today.
My thought too, but iirc the normal small ice barrage is used for big monsters aswell, probly they made a bigger version for that reason but never implemented it idk. I'm not for sure
You can steal someone's look already with the Fashionscape plugin. Lets you transmog any gear items, save "loadouts" locally and you can right click other players to copy their gear.
A cool plugginwould be one that lets you transmog specific NPC's which could allow someone to theme out the whole game to make it feel like everywhere is a specific area.

My favourite definitely was the Replaceful plugin as after so many years graceful really gets old and lost it's flavour. If I could do a suggestion incase you plan on making a part 2 I wonder if it's possible to make a plugin that can make any object/npc or player a green screen. Especially for wilderness pking and perhaps for bossing you could easily make some funny clips by turning an enemy of the boss into a green screen and have fun with some effects.
I think the RSMV community, and content creators in general, are going to be blown away by what is possible with Blender 3D thanks to the model exporter plugin. RuneLite is a blessing.
You know what? The replaceful part is actually nuts. Most other major MMOs have transmog freely available to customize your look without sacrificing stats. I wonder if it could be implemented to communicate between players and show everyone's desired look.
The chaos plugin immediately made me think of GTA Chaos mod, could be quite an interesting take trying to beat the game in Runescape with chaos plugin like some people do with trying to beat GTA storymode with Chaos mod. Also if it eventually got like some twitch integration where chat could choose what chaos comes next much like the Chaos mod.

I think a way to make the Graceful replacement plugin even better, is if specify a certain amount of random noob looking outfits and the plugin randomly selects an outfit to replace graceful with. The plugin should come with a few default outfits like these, but also allow the user to customize what outfits they'd like to see
a chaos mod in osrs would be hillarious to play with. i love the chaos mod in gta5, so as long as that plugin isn't too punishing I think it would be fun to experiment with. imagine suddenly seeing dancing monkies spawn next to you or portrait mode while pvping/pvming, lol
