It’s muting whole sentences not just the word. I don’t have the additional filter setting on. Plus there are 2 sets of captioning and most of the time they are on top of each other so it’s hard to read. Any suggestions?
hmmm...not really. Have you tried reaching out to them? Their customer service seems on point. I would shoot them a message and hopefully they can help you get it all setup.
@@BellaFrice I contacted customer support. I understand that you can sign up for a trial and immediately cancel the trial and still keep the free version after. So in other words, it requires at least one time trial use before being able to continue to use the free version if you choose or paid.

i tried nofanity and advance filter both don't seem to work ....they work for reading comments though

Enjoy movies your way no longer has a free version to keep using but instead a 7day trial that requires a credit/debit card.
