Volevo farvi una domanda... io sono stata impiantata lo scorso agosto (quindi mi auguro che duri) ma se per esempio fra 5 anni volessi cambiare il processore esterno (ancora perfettamente funzionante) solo perché è uscito un nuovo modello io devo pagare? Grazie mille

What happens if one doesn't have an ear canal? Is a coclear implant still useful?

Is it hard to keep these on children?

Does the Med-El use magnets on processer and cochlear?
Hi Carl, thanks for your comment. Yes, MED-EL cochlear implant systems do include magnets. As you can see in the video, one magnet is part of the internal cochlear implant and a second one is integrated in the audio processor, used to connect the audio processor to the CI. @@medel ive literally been illegally implanted from canadians or americans with a synchrony 1 or 2 system and they never gave me control over my own headphones
