    These are beautiful! If you don’t use your torch on these they won’t stick to the mold. Try a barbecue lighter instead!

    Hello. Great channel! Those last couple pieces were hard to get out of the mold because you used a torch to remove the bubbles. No matter how careful you are, it still happens. I know - this is an old video and you probably know that by now. I say this for people new to resin. May I ask what camera and lens you used to record this? It did a great job with the focusing, even in close-up. Thanks!

    Awesome video! I've sub from both my personal and crafting channels! This is just what I needed to get back into making videos again. Thank you. I'm new to resin as well. Could you do a video with tips and tricks? I'm finding that bubbles are a big problem for me. Keep it up girl! Will be looking for more content!

      I have tips and tricks video planned out. Just have to sit down and film it. The bubbles issue can be the resin honestly sometimes. I’m testing different ones at the moment and trying to get the best one I can recommend fully. And thank youuuu 💖💖

      Eunice Ketsri making the stickers is a pretty long process, I’d suggest looking up a tutorial on how to make transparent film sheets cause that’s pretty handy

    Is it a must to dome the keychains? Your videos have inspired me to try this out! Thanks so much

      Ashley McCall For shaker charms it is a must to some them, but for ones like in this video it’s not but it gives a more professional look because it comes out very glossy.

    Where did you get your stickers?

  • @jellocat9244
    @jellocat9244 4 года назад

    The reason why you silicone mould failed was because you used an open flame on it. That messes them up and cases them to stick

    • @SweetArtCrafts
      @SweetArtCrafts  4 года назад

      Yeah I know that now, I just make sure I don't use my flame too close so I never had that issue again.

    I’ve been trying to learn how to pour resin for about a year now and I’ve ruined so many molds. I noticed a couple of your pieces were stuck to the molds at the end. Do you get this often and have you found a solution?

  • @Nino-su7jv

    Hiya, do you not need to coat the stickers with a acrylic spray???

    • @SweetArtCrafts
      @SweetArtCrafts  5 лет назад +3

      No, I do not coat my stickers with acrylic spray. I put them onto transparency film and cut around them (also my stickers are not paper ones). Then when I stick them into the clear resin, I make sure to push them all the way to the bottom so that there are not bubbles. I'll make sure to film that part in my next video. :)

      I make them using my Heidi Minc Swapp machine and the heat transfer foil paper. I might do a tutorial in the future on how I make them.

    Your mold got melted to your resin. If you spritz 91% alcohol it will pop your bubbles with out using a torch. Alcohol is highly flammable.

  • @MileyonDisney
    @MileyonDisney 3 года назад

    Pieces stuck to mold because you used a torch on them. The mold melted to the resin and the mold is now ruined. Do Not Use A Torch! (For those people new to resin.) A lighter (carefully) or a heat gun - NEVER a torch!
