**Disclaimer, it was brought to my attention by another crafter that using the sprinkles as dry shaker fillings is not he greatest idea because overtime they will mold. I will be holding onto that specfic keychain and the keeping the sprinkles in baby oil for the next few months and update this comment to see my findings.
@@AyeshaShaSha Yeah I know but the real ones look so cute as shaker fillings, I wish they didn't mold over time. I haven't seen polymer clay sprinkles as cute as these.
You can coat them in a anti molding agent so lemon juice and modge lodge mixture would work. also I wanted to buy the milk molds but they weren’t in this restock I was so sad. 😔
Omg just last week I made a gummy bear with packing peanuts in, but I flopped because I forgot they are full of air, and shrunk in the UV resin, so I thought I'd use sprinkles next time instead, and here you are! Your pieces are just always SO beautiful!!!

These are sooooooo pretty. 😍 The reason the sprinkles don't dissolve in the resin or baby oil is because there is no water. You will find over time that the colours will dull tho.

Yes some of them did dissolve a bit but the ones that looked like little candies seemed to have not so I think those would do well in baby oil for longer periods of time. I plan to keep those sprinkles in baby oil for about a month and make a comment with an update about it. :)

Hey I'm kinda checking in for an update. I tried putting real sprinkles in resin, like your teddy bears, and they turned out cute, but someone mentioned that the sprinkles can go bad?? How are your teddy bears looking?

Is ok if you don’t answer but how is the Pro marine resin like? Does it have a strong smell? I want to buy a resin but I don’t know if they have strong smells or not
This is my second time buying from Pro Marine resin. It does have kinda have a strong scent to me but I also have a sensitive nose but since I'm wearing a mask while working with the resin, I don't smell it then. I like this resin only for when I am using colors and doming at the moment and I switch between it and Art N' Glow. It is pretty cheap so that's always nice. :)
After waiting an hour between layers, do you mix more resin when you return or is it the resin left from before? I've never used resin before; I'll be doing my first project this upcoming week, though.
Kate Doan I didn’t mention the drill I use because I got it from Aldi months ago and they do not sell it anymore nor can you get it online or anything like that. I would however recommend the Dremel rotary drills. I heard that brand is good.

You can get the polymer clay sprinkles darling.. fake sprinkles! 😍😍

Depends what you use as a liquid. They should not go moldy in baby oil.

They are cute. Maybe you should try mod podge or triple thick clear spray on the sprinkles to seal them so they won't dissolve in the oil

Yeah it's a great way to change up your pieces! Especially since there are cuter sprinkle mixes than the polymer clay ones.
