I never knew about using wooden sticks causing more bubbles. Mind blown! I've been doing that all this time! Thank you for making this!
Me too!
Great informative video! Also thank you for talking about resin safety, many times I see people not using PPE at all, and that can be a bit frightening.
I never used PPE until recently- crazy how there never used to be any coverage on safety precautions really!
Great info in your videos! I love the idea of using plastic knives for mixing! 👍🏻👍🏻 And I appreciate the real time of the mixing too. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you for creating these videos. You are so kind and helping 🤗🥰
so helpful! thank you so much for this! keep posting please love the content queen!!
Yayyyy new video 💜
I switched to art n glow after watching your videos and dealing with too many issues with my other resin and it has been a dream to work with! Thanks for showing the actual speed you stir at because I've struggled with that a lot and thought I was slow enough but I guess not lol
Awesome tips and tricks 💙💙💙
This is so helpful 😭😭❤️❤️ i've been searching videos like this 😔💕 thank yoouu thank you so much for sharing this video for us 🙏❤️😭
You're welcome!
Great video. Love the end result.
Thank you so so much for this!! I've been looking for a video that showed how slow is "really slow", so this was insanely helpful!
Tried this with Amazing casting resin and it worked!! Way less bubbles and super clear
aaa!! ive been wanting to start doing resin art as a hobby, but i want to do as much research as i can first. youre videos are so helpful- thank you so much!!
same!!!! plus..... we gotta wait until all this corona business is gone , because we'll need to buy masks and gloves and........ yeah 🥺
Thank you so much for this video!!
Been collecting shakers for almost a year now. I just got my first Sophie & Toffee kit to start this new (maybe) hobby. I'm so thankful you made this video. 😭
Your videos are so helpful😁
i'm glad i just ordered some silicon stirrers...i didn't know that wooden stirrers were the cause of the bubbles too. so many kits include them so you just assume they're fine... wow. thank you!
Well this is helpful!!! I didn't know you had to stir SO slowly!!
found you on instagram and now i’m hooked. i’ve been wanting to start resin! one question i have is what if you work outside? do you still need one of those masks or is there alternatives? also thank you for sharing your secrets! your work is amazing!!
New to your channel and I’m living it! Your creations are beautiful! Do you have a video on how you make your own molds?💕
hi!!!! im so curious about resin as a hobby, im just craving to craft things and have been since well before corona, lol BUT, I was wondering if you could do a video on how to cure resin??? how long it takes, different methods and their times, blue light vs letting it dry ? etc etc thank youuuuuu
You do realize that every resin has its on method and own different times to cure, right? Google is free imao use it
@@Maria-sg3zn why are you being rude? they are obviously getting into resin crafts so they are not going to know everything.
@@Maria-sg3zn unnecessarily rude
@Nicole Harnish For UV could you cure in the sunlight?
Hi!! Thank you for this. I was experiencing the same with the micro bubbles. I asked others who also use resin but they would only ask questions and not answer.
I really want to try thisss, I like the result! I just bought some tools for this and I want to start a small business by selling cutie art like this in my country :)
Very Very informative
Thank you 🙏🏼
Nice
My figurine is about 3 inches tall and only set to a VERY thick liquid sticky after 72 hrs 💔 Watching this, I'm thinking I didn't mix long and thoroughly enough in my fear of taking too long. Off to try again, thanks!
I saw you use a mini blow torch (at lest I thought it was) if so was how does it effect the resin
Hi! what kind of pigment/glitter do you use? Great video btw!
The piece at the end looks amazing! The way the white and gold are dotted on makes me think of a Monet painting
Hope Miller yeah the alcohol inks really made the price come out cool in the end.
Hi, thank you so much for this video, I can't seem to make a free bubble resin, even do it looks clear when I mix it, after it dries I can tell micro bubbles in the piece and can't seem to work it out. I've let it rest after the mix but I always end up with the same situation. For what I've seen i might be mixing to fast, besides that do you have any advice? Thanks 🙏❤!!
What kind of pigment do you use to color your resin? Can acrylic powder be used?
The only resin that i can find near mw is 2:1. How long should i wait for it to thicken before adding the color?
When you mix in color, do you also mix at a slow pace?
if I use uv resin, do I need to buy the harden resin too and mix it?
Does the liquid diamond resin yellow quick?
Hello i have a question. I have mastered not getting bubbles while mixing but once I pour it into the mold I get small micro bubble at the bottoms of the mold. How can I prevent that from happening?
Are you putting the art resin and liquid diamonds in the same mold? I didn’t know you could do that
Yeah, I was testing it out to see if it worked and it seemed to cure just like normal. :)
Silicone sticks are even better than plastic knives! They also make small (like the #5) silicone cups so you don’t use so much plastic 👍🏻😁
Oops, I hit the button by accident! Also another trick to avoid bubbles is to heat the bottles before using. It helps a TON with those nasty micro bubbles! Also, do you find that liquid diamonds leaves an oily residue looking spot on your pieces? I can’t use it because of that.
What paint do you use to color the resin?
Hi.. can you show how to mix 3:1 resin?🙏🏻😭
THANKS for the video! I'm really excited to try myself doing resin. But I'm learning about safety first, may I ask if you have the link to the mask you're using? Pls! Thanks again. I've just subscribed! ♡

You have to buy the filters separately.
How do you make your own molds 😭
omg I think you just solved my problem with bubbles, I did not know wooden sticks were bad to use
where did u find the number 5 cups please? loveeeeeeeeee your videos
Nessa Perez party city! They have a big bag of them for like $6
@@SweetArtCrafts thank you
Oh... that why resin would cure in my cup. Lol..
(*Me only watching sweet art crafts and not touching anyone else’s video*) Me when I find this video: YASSSSSSSS BETTER SCURY TO IT!!!
