      It's a necessity once in a while! But just as explained in the video - cheat too often, you get fat, don't cheat frequently enough, get stuck at a fat loss plateau. All about finding balance and what works for you long term 💪

      @@BlueStarNutraceuticals true. Lets face it, a cheat day can be useful for weight loss when used appropriately. I am admit that I am aware of how sever my sweet tooth can be, so I have to becareful with them. Dieting wise, I am a full supporter that Diets should be adjustable according to the needs of the body then adjust to the workout goals that you has set.

      Should make about 4 medium sized pancakes. But depends how big you make them haha

    By the amount of training you’re doing, assuming your keeping it going 5-6 times a week.. your caloric needs are somewhere upwards of 3500 calories a day, and if your digestion is on point, and you naturally have an above average metabolism or greater -then you’ve more than likely just turned your body into an extreme fire breathing furnace! So your liable to drop 1-3 pounds by the end of the week despite eating foods that are more heavy with fat/grease and “dirty” carbs.
