    Haw can steel on lower column floor be less than the top 😢😢😢. It is wrong

      I didnt watch a video, but if there is no seismic load then maybe there is less reinforcment in lower column because compressio force is larger.

      @@amgadmero1320 what I normally do is use the top reinforcement to detail the whole columns.
      For instance in this video tutorial we have 6Y16 top and 4Y16 down column. I detail the whole column as 6Y16
