To anyone watching this, you are beautiful no matter what your skin looks like. Maybe you have to keep your skin lighter for a job but this is a problem with society, not with you. Dark skin is just as beautiful :)
I am not against dark skin but she is absolutely right. I had a heart condition a month ago and my doctor advised me to stop eating junk food, fried food and gave me a diet which included mostly vegetables like beetroot, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes. I have noticed that my skin has drastically changed. I ride bikes to travel most of time and my face had gotten tanned. But after eating these vegetables daily my skin tone has gotten lighter and there's a slight glow in my skin. No creams applied only eating vegetables daily. It definitely works.

Please don’t use retino AC without knowing what percentage of retin A the cream has…it’s tretinoin a synthetic vit A derivative used for acne cure … but kindly get advise of a doctor before using it… there are various percentages available in it… kindly start from low percentage and then move to high once you skin has tolerance.. do not go out in the the sun with tretinoin applied on the face…

Morning pure carrot juice one glass in empty stomach... Do it in juicer not in mixce jar...... And use cleanser regularly to keep skin clean..... And during night apply olifair night cream really it gives good result .....v don't want to be white, wheatish colour are real beauty ......😇
