Spf 30 and 50 is not the time. Not being rude. But please check and give the right information . You and your husband are doing a great service to the society. But please double check before mentioning anything on social media.
No its actually right it only varies with 1 or 2% in protection
@@havefunsinging782 30 and 50 is the level of protection the sunscreen gives and not the time you have it on for. That's what I wanted to clarify. Cos it was mentioned that it depends on whether you're outside for 30 minutes or 50 minutes. Not trying to degrade her message in anyway. They're a great source of inspiration 😊
I think more than seeing how affordable it is. Its very important to learn & understand the right chemicals your skin needs. For Eg) peptides, ceramide are very good to make your skin supple & moisturize. Dr Sheths & Bare Anatomy have lined up really good products to do CTM routines

Spf 30 or 50 means it provides 30 or 50 times more protection. These numbers indicate how much protection the sunscreen provides from UVB rays from penetrating into your skin. Having said that, anything above Spf 50 is an overkill. Reapplying the sunscreen often is important to get optimum protection.

Can also recommend which products to use for the all existing skin types......and also add a hair care routine with products which is also for all types.... don't worry about the price..just tell us the products....the one thing is that is the products to be recommended should be genuine without any collab for a specified product or brand

I use nuetrogena range of products after testing every single one as i have sensitive skin. Even most exp didnt work on me but nuetrogena works for both me and pal.
Hair care i dont have great hair unlike skin so im figuring out. Once i do il share .

Sunscreen is not a fairness cream so u should use it generously on ur face.the amount u used is very low and u will not get enough protection

For combination skin type,you need to change the moisturizer for summer and winter,but for normal skin you won't do,toner is really not necessary

First Moisturizer has to be applied and then comes sunscreen.

Depends on exposure and need of day.. marathon, mid day scorching sun walking then yes. We are in winter and i limit my exposure a lot so i tend to be low on it

I personally use nutrogena and forest essentials brand . But until you try it you will never know. Hydraboost from nuetrogena works wonders for dry skin

Your information on sunscreen is wrong. It’s not about how long the protection is. Also, sunscreen is not about ‘less is more’. You need to use 2 finger length to ensure adequate protection. Else it’s pointless.

After delivery skin changes. After anage maintenance ilama onu pana mudiyathu. So start skin care routines… what you eat and sleep will affecr your skin . So eat good food and follow basic routine
