- These girls are awesome! This is a mostly raw Rabaconda set up and tire change by my 6 Year Old Harper and 5 Year Old London. Tool assembled and tires changed in less than 30 Minutes. Next video we will show you the new @Rabaconda Tire / Wheel Balancer. It is slick!

This goes of two ways, either they become lifelong Riders and start working at trade shows, or they realize you have them changing tires and they put you in a nursing home and never come visit
@@othgmark1 they ask to help and love it! Hopefully they become life long enthusiasts.
Who knew Kyle was the third most talented tire changer at Bradshaw Inc.! 🤔 - Frank
Ha! Ha! Ha!
This thing is cool but the price is ridiculous and seems to keep increasing. Maybe if it was $400 not $650 + whatever attachments or extras you need.
It's an investment for sure, but it is worth it if you do even 1 tire change a year. Plus, friends with beer seem to come out of the woodwork when they find out you can swap motorcycle tires for them.
The price for the tool is expensive. But... Here in CA the local shops are charging 1 hour of labor at $165 per hour plus $30 for balancing + $3 per tire for disposal and $3 per ounce of weight. It is crazy. 4 tires changes and the tool has paid for itself. Not to mention time to drive to the dealership, leave the wheels and wait.
The ability to change tire for you needs. For example. Putting on a new set for a trip because the current tires are 1/2 gone, doing a differnet type of trip (mostly pavement), putting the old tires back on so you get total use of the tire, changing a nonfuntioning TPMS out instead of waiting for tire change, time/money/gas saved driving to dealer for tire change, satisfaction in changing you own tires. It doesn't take long to reach the cost of the tire changer.
The dot at the valve stem is such a weird thing. I will often rotate tires 1/4, or half turn if the weight required for balancing is more than 1oz.... the dot litteraly means nothing.
The yellow dots identify where a tire weighs the least - the lightest point on a tire. The yellow dot should be lined up and directly next to the valve stem, which is the wheel's heaviest point. If much weight is need to balance, then rotating 1/4 turn is recommended.
Kyle, not only you’re a great bike tire expert, but also have the best helpers!!!👍
They are pretty fun, that is for sure. Thanks for watching.
great video Kyle. Harper is a great helper.
Yes she is! Thanks for watching.
Great job girls, that was awesome! Team Bradshaw!
Good job!
Thanks!
How many miles did you extract from that set of Dunlop's ???
8,800 miles on the 390 Adv. In just less than a year. Mounted them Labor Day Weekend last year.
@@manybikes I'm considering the two set that you talk in your video for my tenere 700, the only thing is the mileage that I can get from each set, but I believe mitas will be better in the dirt but I also ise my bike to comute to work
@@madmaxcanoa Oh I hear you! I commute daily on my bike too. 80 miles per day. Street tires would handle that ... but when I get in the dirt I want to have traction and have FUN!
@@manybikes that is the dilema, perhaps a mitas Dakar version in the rear will give more milage.
Kyle I need your advice really. I am now buying the new tire for the rear wheel and it will be Mitas. The question is between XT+ (e09) / XT (e10) and XT+ (dakar=yellow stripes). What would You buy for yourself if You're up to use it all next season ? please answer asap thx
@@tomrider4003 what are you riding? I actually found a new tire with the same tread pattern that's reinforced and 2 lbs lighter with stickier tread compound. Called the Enduro Trail Rally Pro. I'll mount it to the 1190 this weekend. Text me and I'll share the images...
@@manybikes the tire You mention about is 18 inch. I need 17 inch for XT660Z Tenere so please just help me select fom these 3 I mentioned about. I just finished e-07+ enduro trail which was not enough offroad oriented.
@@tomrider4003 XT+ non-Dakar is what I'll be running.
@@manybikes THX ; I thought so :) Frommy experience - 10 years ago I had e-09 on the Suzuki Freewind and it was bad on wet chilly asphalt. So I hope they made some improvements in Mitas :)
@@tomrider4003 the XT+ is a totally new animal. New compounds, new tread, new carcass... I am liking its
Awesome. Taking my XT+ Dakar on NMBDR next week
Sweet!!! Have fun!!!
@@manybikes I absolutely love these tires! Put on 2,444 miles and used 4/32 on the front and 8/32 on the rear. That's with me riding 60/40 off/on road terrain. I'll probably reverse the rear tire but I think I’ll be getting these again when they’re done
@@backcountry4life awesome to hear!!!
Go Harper! I can personally attest to the the Mitas Enduro Trail XT being a stout tire. If you're reading this, you probably need a Rabaconda and to take lessons from Harper. I know I could use the lessons for my tire changes.
She did awesome! If you think the Mitas was stout... the Tusk 2Track was ROUGH!!!
How does it do with avoiding pinching a tube?
The duckhead slides along the rim / bead. There is noting to pinch.
