great work . If I am not wrong u specified 500gm of neem oil is saponified with 40 gm of naoh in the recipe above
1. So is the recipe superfatted with 40gm of caustic added to 500 gm of neem oil
2. If so , the sap value of neem seed oil is around 13.7 to 14 gm naoh /100gm of oil. So as per the above recipe calculated it uses 8 gm naoh /100 gm of oil which when calculated in soapcalculator ends up above 35% superfat , so please do explain if I have understood things rightly or is it the titration of neem oil resulted in a lower sap value compared to the sap value specified in online calculators Thanks
And what about the water percentage ? How much we have to add?

With out caustic soda we couldn't make soaps. Each and every soap must contain NaOH or KOH

Very nice video
you weigh the soap before bathing... note the weight.... after bath, weigh the soap... then compare the difference. if 5 grams reduced... then 125 gm soap divided by 5 = approximately 25 baths or 25 days of single bath....

@Ganesh m yes you can use just more than half the weight of caustic soda and prepare solution and keep .... Or its readily available at 48% concentration you can buy that too
