I don't recall the first song but the second one beginning @ 0:50 is called The Mummy's Shroud by Scientist. A nice song to cruse to and was in Grand Theft Auto III too.
I believe the 10mph was for a school zone when children are present. But I could be wrong and in that case, the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea can be distracting while driving down the mountain.
In LHD vehicles to boot. Yes, I realize about the only brand new RHD car/light truck sold here in the USA, is the Jeep Wrangler but still. One way around the dearth of legal right hooks would be 25 YO+ JDM cars and small trucks, RHD, comparable smog certifications, etc. The only mod, I'm aware of that may be advisable would be a MPH speedo.
