Great video, thanks. My favourite Chanel’s that I love and wear are Le Lion, (I adore this one!) Coromandel edp & parfum, vintage No.19 edt/edp/parfum, vintage Coco edp & parfum, No.19 Poudre, (love this too 💚) and also Bois Des Iles edp. 🥰♥️ Chanel have exquisite Iris in their fragrances. New sub here, sending much love & warm wishes from Australia! 🇦🇺 xx
So glad to see No.19 Poudré getting some love ! It’s such a beautiful scent with a super unique opening and is highly underrated and often overlooked / forgotten. On skin it lasts on me and tends to come and go, but on clothing it lasts the whole day !
Wow, never even heard of these other Chanel Fragrances! Great Video, I only have Chanel no 5 & Coco Madem Intense, really want to try some of these out, next time I go to the mall, I hope they have these! I love how I feel when I'm wearing Chanel, even if I'm not going anywhere! Thank You for your time, Happy Belated Birthday!
"The perfumer who gets the credit for creating the first fougère is the nose Paul Parquet of the Houbigant perfume house. In 1882 he released his new scent, Fougère Royale, and it was an instant hit. His woody perfume soon became the foundation for countless imitators and spin-offs." I forgot also so I had to look it up. :). // Chanel make my favorite perfumes. Yes, "elegant" is the word.
I finally have a mini of Coromandel and really love it. I have my mother’s ancient no5 parfum bottle just fumes now. Really looking forward to Le Lion and the others, I’ll find samples over time. Side note I got a mini of Safari, I love knowing this one that means so much to you. Thanks for the great tour de Chanel!
I don't even know that one! I have heard of it, of course, but haven't given it a proper try. I have some idea that it is too aldehydic perhaps. Will try to get my nose on it soon!
@@oldenglishsheepdogfun5960 Really? That surprises me. I thought that was an old classic and not something that would sell out. But have noticed that perfumeries have very little in stock since this costs them a lot of money.
I'm a big fun od no 5💞If you like l'eau - pls try picovaya dama from Xerjoff - it's the most beautiful version of l'eau🤩also invisible touch la Perla is pretty similar but with poor parameters. Like you taste💋
Thank you for those tips! I think I have tried Picovaya Dama before, just can't remember the scent. That fragrance is not available in store here in Stockholm but will try to get my nose on it through friends.
Jersey has a lot of lavender and it goes a little metallic to my nose. Since this video I have sold both Boy and Jersey. Boy was too boring in the long run. I only have Le Lion, no 19 Poudré and no 5 eau première now and love them!
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 I actually like Le Lion so much that I bought a 200ml backup (got it for 200eur on vinted). However, I tend to slightly prefer Coromandel. Coromandel makes me happy.
Belated Happy Birthday! Great Review! I love Chanel no. 19 Poudree. It's so underrated. So classy and elegant!
Thank you!

Le lion is really unique. Love it! Happy belated birthday to you too 🎂
Thank you!

Number 22 CHANEL ?? Did you like that one ?

This is one of my favourites with 19 and 19 poudre. I love the slow transition from aldehydic floral to incense and it lasts very long on my skin.
I tried it in store the other day and liked it a lot! But would need a proper sample to try at home to know for sure. Will try to get one!
Yes let us know.. it’s completely sold out here in the U.K. over Xmas so thinking it must be special…

Le Lion is something else... N5 Eau Premiére is lovely too if you don't mind a woody tone with the freshness (compared to L'Eau). Happy BD also.
Thank you! Tried Premiére but cannot remember it. Must try again!

Have you tried 1957? Easy wear. I adore it. I own l'eau and Boy as well. That's why I mention 1957.
I spoke about it in the video!
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 well that proves it! I get 57 mixed up with 1932 allll of the time. Anyway...glad you like it too. lol.
@@Smoke_C I can't for the life of me keep the Chanel years straight! Sorry bout that! Carry on. lol
How would you compare Jersey to Boy?

@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 You also sold your Coromandel?
I sold it too because I always chose Le Lion over Coromandel. But it is a good fragrance!

Doesn't have to be a Chanel by the way;-)
