As a lady who totally adores Chanel, when I was 16 I knew I was going to buy my Chanel No.5! Now almost 64 year’s I still wear Chanel. But now I’m in the position to buy the exclusive’s whenever I want, I don’t take for granted. I wear my Chanel to bed. My husband died. So I wear it for myself. ❤️
As a French speaker (as a second language) I really appreciate your correct pronunciation of French words. So many reviewers butcher the French words that pervade perfumery.
Teach on teacher! 👏👏👏👌I luv how you give such a clear and concise background and description of your subject. You really have the potential to be one of the great reviewers, if that tickles your fancy. Really, the only thing you would have to do is post consistently to grow your follower base. In any event, good job and please keep up the good content, it's refreshing 👍
I sure do love Channel 19 Vintage. I think I mentioned that on another video of yours I have had the modern extrait versoson. I also love coromandel. I think the spray is more long lasting than the dabbing method. When I spray coromandel, it lasts for ages. When I dab the extrait (even though it is more concentrated), I have to reapply. . I think Karl Lagerfeld had a lot to do with keeping the spirit of Channel timeless and relevant.I am sure Virgine Viard will follow suit.
I think you're right, but for some reason the Extrait worked better for me scent-wise. Maybe I can top off with the spray once I've put my pennies together for a bottle :) That is interesting, I do agree that Lagerfeld did a great job keeping Coco's spirit alive. Let's see what happens! 🌹Xo Sam
I just bought No22 today on vacation in NYC and I really love it! And as a male, I don’t find it overly feminine on my skin at all. Perfectly unisex if you ask me.
I have a mini of Coromandel and I feel like I need Jersey now. It sounds lovely. On a side note your French accent is amazing!! I hope you are safe and well! :)
Great overview... love Les Exclusifs ❤️ The only one I don’t have that you talked about is Jersey. Still haven’t tried that one. I’ll have to check it out.
I love Jersey so much, its classy yet original, very round and well blended, the lavender is not synthetic at all and the vanilla so soft. My top one from the line
I can't say I'm a CHANEL fragrance fan girl myself (my nostalgia is mostly from Dior, thanks to my mother), but i do enjoy some of the pieces you picked here (Jersey was a love at first sniff for me). Loved your description of No. 22. So spot on with the incense!
For some reason chanel is a house in just never delved into that deeply ,so this is incredibly helpful. Thank you ☺ Hope all is well with you and yours. Take care.
I love your descriptions - only just come across your channel and very new to learning about scents myself. They completely change my mood though, and I find as an autistic person that they can really be a 'safe place' for me. I've tried so few Chanel exclusifs but so far my favourite is Beige as hawthorn is one of my favourite smells but not one I feel is always captured so well (that I have found anyway). Beige seems to really do it justice!
No way, I did too. It was my mother’s signature perfume too.. In fact, I use to wear, more like steal a few sprays of Chanel #5 every morning as I headed out every morning to school. I was the classiest and chic smelling student. Yeap, that’s me...🤗 Don’t you think that Bois Des Iles smell a lot like vintage Chanel #5? It’s brilliant! Great sublime choices, all of my favorites. Unbelievable..
Aw that's wonderful to hear, thank you for sharing that memory! Yes, Bois Des Îles absolutely has a resemblance to vintage No. 5. Thank you for your kind words.🌹Xo Sam
I love bois De Isles. I have to spray on chest and clothes . Its pretty light however I am actually happy to reapply. The only downside is the availability
I am just now getting my nose on the Les Exclusifs line from Chanel and I adore Misia. Chanel’s Chance Eau Tendre the Parfum is my signature scent from CHANEL but Misia Is a beautiful beautiful scent that works well with my chemistry, it makes me feel like a ballerina in a pink tutu with the satin ballerina slippers and my hair in a perfect bun.
You are one of my favorites for parfums. And I love your lipsticks you have to make reviews of those or at least mentioned the one you use for each video ❤️
Thank you so much for this video, Chanel also holds a special place in my heart as its my mother's and my grandmother's favourite and No.5 takes me back to smelling it when my mom or grandmother are going out at night. Their daytime scents were cachrel beleive it or not so stark difference! I might try to get them one of the exclusifs, thanks for the suggestions.
Whenever someone mentions Lavender and Vanilla, my mind races right over to a favorite of mine: Pour Un Homme by Caron. I'd love to see you do a review on that one.
I adore Bois des Illes, No.22 and Coromandel why oh why have I not bought these yet?!! 🤔 I did buy Sycomore for my partner last Christmas and I do steal it, I love it. Long time Vetiver lover here 🙋♀️ Loved both your video and Pep's. Keep them coming! 🤗
I have been wearing a Chanel coco mademoiselle for over a decade I also wear number #5 and Gabrielle ........ I have wanting to dabble in other Chanel fragrances what do you suggest based on my favourites would you recommend. Great review ,well done I am so intrigued to try some of these . I am totally enamoured with all things Chanel❤️
Hi Anna Maria, have you tried Chanel Chance, Allure Sensuelle (original Allure is nice too!), Beige from Les Exclusifs, Misia, if you like No 5, No 22 is a must-try... wow, so many great ones from the legacy of Coco.🌹Xo Sam
Wonderful video! Entertaining and informational and i also loved the anecdote about your mother. ❤️My favorites on this list are Jersey and Coromandel. I don't own either, but have gotten numerous samples from the Chanel boutique. 😄
I was wondering how these Les Exclusiva smell, as the usual perfumery stores rarely have them. Now I know. :) Thank You for doing such nice, to the point and inspiring content.
I have Cromendal Misia Sycamore Le lion Gardenia CUIR DE RUSSIE NO. 22 And I'm still planning to get few more but I'll always have most of the regular line even no. 19 cristalle and both allure I feel naked with out them in my collection
I just bought Chance Chanel EDT and love it! I’m thinking of getting the EDP version but I’m having a debate about getting Bois Des Isle EDP one or Chanel 19 EDP. I want a woodsy notes that owns the room. I don’t want “office” type of perfume. I want where someone will remember your scent type of thing.
I like your style! I hope you don’t mind me asking again where you purchased a part of you outfit. I can not help myself. Could you please tell me where you bought these awesome earrings from? By the way, I really like Coromandel. You made me think about purchasing pure perfume.
I sit here wearing Corormandel EDP that I applied two hours ago, and it now barely qualifies as a skin scent. The performance of designer fragrances generally needs to be upgraded big-time. It's time for them to either reduce their ridiculous prices or increase the quality of their ingredients. It's one thing to create a compelling scent. Quite another to turn it into a product worth buying. If performance matters to you, you'd be well advised to confine your purchases to the niche world.
We need a video about high end perfume which is less expensive and in the same time have a powerful unique scent and in the same time available in middle east countries like Egypt because unfortunately most of the niche perfume are not available
I love that one too, I had a lady at a store compliment me from 3 feet away, when I could no longer smell myself 😂 Must be one of the better performing fresh scents. 🌹Xo Sam
I love Chanel on others, particularly women, but have never enjoyed them much on me with the exception of the Allure Sport line. Maybe because of their strength but they become annoying on my skin after a few hours. Many of them, particularly those aimed at men, seem to have a common DNA on dry down I just don't like much.
Chanel fragrances are extremely overrated to me, those that you mentioned do the nostalgia for me growing up in New York and smelling it on wealthy women at the Opera, but I've never found one I was crazy for...if I found one I liked, it didn't project or last.

Coromandel is to die for 😍
I’m so excited that my area just got a Chanel boutique that opened just over a week ago!
As a French speaker (as a second language) I really appreciate your correct pronunciation of French words. So many reviewers butcher the French words that pervade perfumery.
Thank you so much! I wouldn't want to butcher beautiful names.🌹Xo Sam

This was lovely: so love I went and sprayed on my loviest fragrance: Everyone by a Calvin Klein.
I love Coromandel. Beige is my favorite (blind buy actually) and Gardenia was my wedding scent.
You are great and I love your pronunciation of the French!
I love your style too. You look like you smell natural, clean, and beautiful. Thank you 🙏🏽🍂
I find lavender very relaxing. Loving your chanel 💕
One of my favorites from this house is Egoiste. I love wearing it in the cooler months.
Egoiste is distinctive and really sexy. Love it
Great choice, I love Egoïste on men. 🌹Xo Sam
I love Egoiste, beautiful sandalwood fragrance. Try Bois Des Iles it is Egoiste like just taken to the higher level.
@@mmc5005 - I looked that one up, which is better EDT or EDP?

Love Love Love....I have Chanel N5...N22...Iconic 💕
I've loved No 19 since I was a child, it always reminded me of a fashionable business lady, Now I've got to get my hands on some Coromandel !
Mmm yes, No 19 to me is a boss - a woman who knows who she is and has no problem taking charge. And Coromandel, well... enough said :) 🌹Xo Sam
Excited about this!! Chanel is a brand I know nothing about, I’ll pop over to his video as well! Love that guy! 😁😁
Thank you! Yes he's such a cool guy :)
I have a mini of Coromandel and I feel like I need Jersey now. It sounds lovely. On a side note your French accent is amazing!! I hope you are safe and well! :)
Mm well if you like lavender, then Jersey may be your gal! Aw thanks. Safe and sound, thank God. 🌹Xo Sam
Excellent presentation!
This is THE video ive been waiting for. Love this line!
Hurray! Obviously I love it too :)🌹Xo Sam
Mine is Cristalle!
So feminine and elegant!
I wear Cristalle from March to August and N19 from September to February!
I absolutely love your reviews as I find them extremely informative! I personally have Coromandel and Sycomore
Thank you so much! Oh those are marvelous choices. 🌹Xo Sam

Try Chanel 5 Eau Premiere! It is absolutely beautiful.
Hi 🙋🏾♀️ I appreciate your video but I really wish you could have talked about the longevity for each perfume . Also where’s Beige??
I’d love to try the Exclusive Line (Exclusif). However in the area I live, there aren’t any stores that carry them.
Try chanel.com, in USA they have complimentary returbn in case you find the it unattractive
yes, try online., but you only have 14 days to return.
Hi, I enjoyed this so much - rewatched it 2x😍. Could you please tell me how Jersey compares to Pour in Homme de Caron? Thank you 🙏🏾

Thank you! That's amazing to hear - we have similar taste. I am on the lookout for a used bottle of Jersey myself.🌹Xo Sam
As much as I love Coromandel, I think too few people talking about Jersey. I love my 200ml edt version. ❤❤❤
Loving the house reviews you do. If you haven't already, I would request a collection video. I'd love to see your set up
Thank you, I will do a video on my fragrance wardrobe in the future.🌹Xo Sam

Hi beauty how is the situation in England..i hope you are ok????here in new New Jersey is bad sadly....but am happy to see you again
I'm doing fine here, thanks for asking. I hope you're keeping safe and healthy. Warm regards. 🌹Xo Sam

Ah yes, definitely. Boy is a grower 🌹

#19 doesn't make the cut???
What about 1932
No. 19 all the way !!!
🖤🧡 Egoiste 🧡🖤
Great one! 🌹Xo Sam
It's not Chanel or anything bougie but Lavanile has a lavender vanilla deodorant.
Gardenia?
Gardenia is beautiful too! 🌹Xo Sam
Wear chanel to the gym?
You are elegant and lovely
Aw thank you for the kindness. 🌹Xo Sam
💥💥💥💯
Sometimes i think about stealing a bottle from the perfume shop,as i am penniless and cant buy it.
You can buy second hand or a dupe. There are many companies that make great dupes: Dua, Juliannas Perfume, Alexandria Fragrances.
I've tried a couple from the exclusive line and the lasting power is terrible, no worth the price. 😒
That is true for many of them sadly. Although my No. 22 and Cuir de Russie are long lasting. The scents themselves though are great. 🌹
Sam, sexiest 2 Chanel's for a straight man?
Depends on your personality, but generally Sycomore and Bois des Îles. 🌹Xo Sam
Coromandel and Blue de Chanel. 😊
